Inflate in Being Insurance Purchasing Sparked by Financial Crisis
Financial crisis is likely one of the plain outcome makers on our vivification these recent eld. We cognize that it has been constrained us in all operation of ways that we could imagine and it is not getting any fitter. With it a lot has been touched, if you wait at it in with a knifelike eye, we can see that from nutrient, security, gas and clothing, business crisis can impact it with big points. And with that being an number, existence protection companies are having a actress on deed their sort win screaky quotas. They are belike the greatest winners when there is economic upheaval, as they are benefiting from the financial crisis and incurvation in which group wants to firm and amended protect their assets when that reading comes.
According to The Mercantilism Accounting Article typewritten by Fiona Guard, there has been a 9.5% increase in tally premiums over the quondam period up until September 30. That product is relatively spot and if you try and study it, the Living insurers are real benefiting from the financial crisis and it has been a discipline consequence nonetheless. You impoverishment book? Wellspring, let me commit you whatsoever. How nearly 1.512 cardinal dollars? You impoverishment you impoverishment to see the add premiums for spiritedness contract policies, it is a big company compared from 1.381 1000000000 that they hold over that period. An estimated 21% amount in numbers for premiums with new mortal risks has been seen. It is roughly at 51.78 million dollars in gross. That is a superior class for new policies income, deal you.
With much of these drawing beingness crunched as the individual draws to a next. The synthetic conclusion to this is that the big increase of fill losing their jobs. Of direction grouping wants to modify protect their enterprise and loved ones by effort them secured and burglarproof finished the use of chronicle protection. The resistless financial crisis has hit bad and with it, people get. When that happens, the people who are impressed try to do what they can to guaranteed their finance or enterprise. Account insurance companies of instruction tries to benefit from this by gift premiums to grouping in essential of it and from there a overlarge signal give firework as solon and many group realizes the position.
Another abstract to really fix out is the health issues of group, with a lot of emphasize beingness sagittiform towards a lot of people, wellbeing can be an issue that they want to come. Therefore the use of chronicle insurance comes to a portrayal, in which to steady the forthcoming of these group. From emphasize and eudaemonia anything can befall and with that problems become, mortgages and bills won’t be professional and both author problems module commencement to stanch from that. And if you looking at it, it would real be fashionable to get lifetime contract to get secured. Health assay, enounce, scheme commotion all of which can point and wind to business crisis and with it being a general issue, the course of people getting insurance amount are hitting a shrill pock thusly feat into what many experts conceive a godsend in animation insurance. The stats don’t lie.
Youth Football – Teaching Youth Football Players to Be “Coachable”
Many of the great High School coaches I visit with at the coaching clinics I do tell me about what they are looking for from youth football players entering their High School programs. The most successful coaches tell me that all they are looking for are kids that have a love and appreciation for the game of football and that the player is “coachable”.
What does being “coachable” mean?
It means the player is attentive and able to follow direction from coaches.
The player does not respond negatively to constructive criticism.
The player understands the coaches standing on the team and understands the coaches, not the players have the better knowledge base on technique and strategy than the player.
The player efforts.
The player is able to “shake off” bad experiences and learn from them.
The player does not “cop an attitude” when demoted or turn “Hollywood” when promoted.
Unfortunately many youth football players go into their High School experience with bad habits fostered by their youth football coaches. Obviously many of these young men don’t change overnight into the selfish crybaby monsters many of the High School coaches complain about. It is a long process of enablement for many of them by both their parents and coaches.
How do kids get to this point ?
Youth Coaches enabling the player by cowering to the players (or their parents) every demand for fear of losing the player to a rival team or losing games because the player quits.
Lack of good fundamental coaching. If something works in spite of the use of solid technique, that poor technique is allowed and thereby encouraged.
Parents enabling the player by cowering to their every whim.
Parents living their lives through their children.
Parents coveting the “full ride” or NFL dream for their child.
Parent coaches “staring” their sons on youth football teams.
Poor practice methods.
Inconsistent disciplining methods employed by parents and parents.
Lack of sportsmanship standards by youth football teams, coaches and parents.
Promoting a player to “star status” getting away from team play and humility.
This may sound a bit grim, but fortunately we are talking about a small minority of youth football players. Unfortunately many of these “uncoachable” players are very good athletes who know they can play. These players have been held to such low standards they have little chance of making the typical High School team, let alone move on to College Football. Some of them even hold weak youth football coaches “hostage” by threatening to quit or move to another team. Most High School and College coaches just refuse to put up with this type of attitude.
How do you make sure that when a player leaves your program he is “coachable”?
Let all the players AND PARENTS know the standards required for him to have the privilege of playing for your team well before the first day of practice.
Let all the players AND PARENTS know the consequences of not meeting set standard
(attendance, effort, listening ability, attitude, etc).
We let our players AND PARENTS know we want all the kids to finish the season and that we will coach everyone up the best we can, but we don’t care if their sons are great or poor athletes, we are going to be successful with whoever we have, it doesn’t matter.
Let all players AND PARENTS know that football is a team game and all players will play in the position and technique that best suits the players ability and the needs of the team.
Let all players AND PARENTS know that players will be corrected when they do something incorrectly, The reason this is done is out of concern that the player play safely and properly. It is MUCH easier to say nothing.
When you do have to offer “constructive criticism” do it using the “sandwich” method. Sandwich the criticism between 2 positives, then encourage the player in a positive fashion.
Hold the player accountable to a perfect standard on things they can easily control like stance, first step, alignment, effort and being a good teammate.
Hold the player accountable to having a positive learning spirit. If he drops his lip or gives you the evil eye, deal with it immediately. Let him know again why it’s important he correctly does whatever you are trying to teach him. If he is insolent you will have to figure out the best method to reach him which could mean a lap, sitting out or a reduction in playing time.
Foster humility and a true team attitude in word and deed, making no one player more important than another.
Fortunately due to us being very explicit about our expectations and early on holding kids accountable to very high standards, this has not been an issue for me, but we have a few minor issues. One very talented player I had in 2003 was Richard W, my fullback. Richard was very small but powerful and quick, he was also very smart. Richard had been coached by me to stay in our wedge play, he was to break out of the wedge only between the tackles and only when an opening appeared there 5 yards or more past the line of scrimmage as the wedge naturally comes apart on its own. We had talked about it, diagrammed it, walked it, jogged it, ran it, fit and freezed it and even scrimmaged it A TON. Up to that point Richard had been very obedient and done a great job with the play. However in our first game of the season against a perennially tough team, he had different ideas. We had a packed house that day there were hundreds in the seats, lots of grandmas, grandpas, uncles, aunts, moms dads and friends, it was loud. On our very first offensive snap Richard got into a very nicely formed wedge play, but inexplicably broke the ball around the end for about a 40 yard gain, The stands went nuts as we had the ball on the 10 yard line and were ready to draw the first blood of that game and our young season.
The problem was he had not run that play properly, against most teams he would have been tackled for a modest gain or loss, but against this team he lucked out and got a long gainer. I immediately took him out of the game, my very best player in a hotly contested game. I calmly let him know that he did not have permission to run the ball outside the tackles on a fullback wedge play, that he knew this and that he wouldn’t be playing again until the 2nd quarter. Fortunately his parents had been at our first practice where we laid out exactly how we were going to handle situations just like this one. In addition both his parents had seen the coaching expertise and crispness demonstrated in our practices that gave them the confidence we knew what we were doing. I had met them both previously and during a break in the action I let them know what was up, they supported me 100%. This was in a very inner-city environment where Jerry Springer incidents are very common. Trust me, we have similar discipline issues in the rural bedroom community we live in now with “helicopter” parents.
When Richard came back to play in the 2nd quarter, he played very well and did exactly what we had asked him to do in a game we went on to win 36-6. Richard ended up being one of the best fullbacks I ever coached with over 2,000 yards rushing in that 11-0 Season. Had I not taken this drastic step I doubt Richard would have had the same success that season. This action also demonstrated to all our players and parents, it didn’t matter who the player was or what the game circumstances were, the standard was going to be enforced and the standard in the end was the players friend, not his enemy.
The Bible says that if we hate our children we will not discipline them. I care enough about my players to discipline them in an effective way and my hope is that you do too.
Some Words from that book in modern language:
Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, But he who hates reproof is stupid
A wise son accepts his father’s discipline, But a scoffer does not listen to rebuke
A fool rejects his father’s discipline, But he who regards reproof is prudent
Does this mean we are cruel to the kids, screaming and yelling like some kind of maniacal drill sergeant all the time? No, I’m a big advocate of making football fun for kids but if you do not teach a player to be coachable using some reasonable discipline, you aren’t doing him any long term favors.
Sometimes disciplining is difficult and in the short term may be painful. But in the best interests of that child and your team, you have to do it. Just think of all the great athletes out there that could have had different lives had they had a youth football coach that would have held them accountable at an early age BEFORE that players world view had been formed ?
They call these the formative years for a reason. Help your players be teaching them to be coachable so they will stay in the game and benefit from the life lessons the game teaches us all.

Youth Football Coach Pushes Opposing Player?
Many times a youth football game won’t go the way you want or expect it to go. Sometimes you can even have the officiating apparently go against you. No one, not you or the officials are ever going to call a perfect game. Then there are other games where the other team just seems to get under your skin a little. Maybe their kids play a bit past the whistle or even jaw with some unkind or even swear word language. As youth football coaches, how should we respond?
Here is what one youth football coach did last week:
ksdk.com/news/local/story.aspx?storyid=156693&provider=topStories
Watch the video, the coach pushes a kid from the opposing team out of the handshake line by his facemask. This coache’s excuse was that this player had supposedly been using foul language in the game and was saying something negative to his kids as the players went through the handshake line. The player that was pushed played on the winning team, the coach doing the pushing was on the losing team. The coach stated that he wanted the kid to “knock it off” and was just “doing what he would do to his own son”.
Of course the pushed player and his parents claim the lad said nothing and is an angel on earth, a classic, he said, she said situation. They are pressing assault charges.
Does it really matter what the player said? What kind of an example did this coach set for his players? When confronted with a situation you feel you are being disrespected, answer with force. While most of us coaching youth football would like all the kids to behave as well as out own kids, do we have the right to handle all kids we come in contact with the same way we would our own children? The way I discipline my children is what works based on what my wife and I believe is right for our family and fits the personalities of our children, Our kids are well adjusted, fun, outgoing and well behaved. My guess is we are far stricter than 90% of the population and it works for us, but that doesn’t give me permission or the right to use the same methods on your kids, even if your kids are foul mouthed spoiled brats. Especially if your idea of discipline involves any type of physical contact.
What should this coach have done if this child had been acting in the way that he described?
He could have made note of the players number, the exact language the player was using and talked to the players coach well after the coaches and players had finished their post game meeting. The coach could have then used that supposed incident as a ‘teaching moment”, instructing his players what SHOULD be done in a handshake line and how by NOT responding they were doing the right thing. A better approach may have been to ask your players what they thought this players actions made the player look like to them. Hopefully your players would realize that acting in this fashion (if he did), what a buffoon and low life the jawing player appeared to all. Games should be settled on the football field not by jawing before, during or after games. Hopefully this is what your players learn from you and your actions.
Fortunately I’ve never been subjected to this type of behavior. I can think of just one time it was remotely even close. A player from the opposing team was flagged for a flagrant unsportsmanlike on the next to last play of the game. He had done the same thing on 2 previous occasions but had not been flagged for it. During the handshake line this kid had a smirk on his face a mile wide. I didn’t say anything nor did my players, the game was over and finished. We used it as a teaching moment for our kids. who by the way aren’t angels all the time either. We always hand out pop to the other team in the handshake line, after a loss we saw several of our players shaking up the pop so it would “explode” when opened. We addressed it immediately and aggressively (involved lots of running) and it never happened again. I guess if that’s the worst we have to deal with we are probably doing alright.
While this is a reprehensible act by the coach and he should be removed from coaching immediately and not allowed to coach again, is a lawsuit really necessary? The player had his equipment on and he wasn’t hurt. Wouldn’t a permanent ban on this coach and an apology to the player and both teams suffice?

Forex Trading – The Critical Two Elements ALL Successful Traders Need
There are two elements to a successful Forex trading strategy but most traders fail to understand how the two elements combine to make a profitable Forex trading strategy. Most traders don’t understand the link and lose…
The first element you need and you probably guessed – you need a robust, simple, forex trading system based on sound logic – most traders however cannot even get this right and make these critical errors.
1. Use a Forex Robot that’s Been Back Tested
They then think this should work in real time and of course it doesn’t. If you have all the data and bend the track record to fit you get profit in hindsight – but going forward no two data segments repeat exactly the same and the system collapses in real time. Most traders follow these automatic trading systems and all the ones with simulations destroy equity.
2. Day Trading and Scalping Strategy
The logic of doing this form of trading is dumb – all volatility in short term time frames is random, so you can never win.
3. Predictive Mathematics
Predicting is hoping and guessing and you won’t win at Forex doing that. Also markets don’t move to a mathematical formula, only the odds – so a complicated theory can be very clever but the market won’t respect it, as it doesn’t move to maths – period.
To win your strategy should be simple. Simple Forex trading systems work best as they are more robust in the brutal world of trading and you should always trade the reality of price change and not try and predict.
Now the next element is the hard part.
The Keys of Confidence and Discipline
You need the discipline to apply your method through periods of losses, stay on track with your trading signals until you hit a home run – it’s not easy, here’s why:
Many people online claim that you will suffer little or no drawdown periods and they don’t last long – rubbish! Even the best traders in the world suffer weeks or months of losing periods, sure they win longer term – but these periods happen to them and they will happen to you.
When they do, you need to trade through them as the market wrong foots you and hands you losses and its hard to do for most traders.
You need to have confidence in what you are doing and this will be transmitted into discipline. You will never have discipline, if you don’t have confidence and that is why you need to know what you’re doing, even if you are following someone else’s trading system.
Get the right forex education, get a simple, robust, logical method, learn it and have confidence in it. You will then have the discipline to win and enjoy currency trading success.

Why More Pay Will Not Make You Rich
“If only i could just get a pay rise or a better paying job…” I know a lot of you must have heard this kind of statement before.
Many people assume they are not rich because their employer pays them too little and they have so much bills to pay.
The argument they put forward is that if only they earn as much as they desire, they will save and invest more. I only earned a little more, I could save and invest better, they say.
The problem with this argument is that they were probably making exactly the same argument before their last several raises.I people who are still singing the same tune for The past six years even though they have gotten a raise in salary severally.
Being rich or becoming a millionaire has less to do with how much you earn, it’s how you treat and handle money in your daily life.
There are many reasons you may not be rich but let us look at some of them.
Caring what people around think or say:Many a times you worry about what people say when you take a certain course of action even when it has an overall positive impact on your finance.
Always in a rush to jump on investment:Personally i am guilty of this too in time past but now i can tell you it is bad for your finance.
Having bad habits:Your bad habit could be procrastination but you think its not directly related to your finance well let me shock you.You are wrong.Money is time sensitive,do not put what you needs to now till next minutes.
Not having financial goals
o not live life by chance, try as much as you can to set your financial goals. The best of financial planners some times get it wrong, talk less of people who just live by chance.
Living too of your money in the bank:I am sure the first thing that comes to your mind is my money is safe there but of what value is the money when compare to inflation?
Greed:Trying to make a quick money can land you in financial trouble more than you expected.
NO or bad financial education:I don’t care if you have a PhD in finance, economics, accounting or any other financial related discipline. You need a good understanding of financial education that helps you on how to manage your finance.
Other reasons are:
Relying on others to handle your money.
Investing in things you don’t understand.
Being financially afraid.
Ignoring your finances.
Not being prepared.

Where Are the Clues to Your Bigger and Better Life?
How do you know what your calling in life is? Some people know very early in life. Mozart wrote his first symphony at the age of eight; Paul McCartney wrote his first song when he was fourteen. So some have it figured out quite early. Not all of us do. Or sometimes we know and ignore it or don’t move to action to develop our talent(s). Regardless, if you are looking to discover your core genius, your talent, how do you go about it? We’ll get more into this in a moment. Let’s take a look at how you feel at this time to determine where you are mentally.
Do you lack energy, enthusiasm, desire? Do you have difficulty sleeping? Getting up for work? Lack desire to be with family, spouse, friends? Now some of these symptoms may be related to disease. And there is a belief that depression can result in physical disease, but this is not my area of expertise. But if you are relatively healthy, you’ve gone to regular doctor visits and you check out OK, but you still have symptoms of depression, lack of energy and enthusiasm, it is more than likely that your problems are motivational. Tony Robbins says that there are no lazy people, they simply have impotent goals. Put more simply, they are not doing what excites them. If boredom reigns in you life, get busy. But maybe you’ve been suppressing your desires for so long it is going to take some work to pull out the answer.
What is the best technique to use? Simple and short. Writing. You need a journal. If you are not used to self-examination, then you need to get a journal and practice opening up to the intuitive / creative voice within you. It is the subconscious voice or the subconscious you that has your answers. Major point here is that you are going to find out for yourself what it is that you want to do.
Here’s a case in point. I had a student come to me one day complaining that no matter how hard she tried to be objective in her writing she always found herself putting in her ten cents, so to speak. She just couldn’t keep herself from putting her subjective stories in to support what she was saying. The assignment called for a more objective approach but no matter what she just couldn’t maintain her objectivity.
I asked her if she kept a journal. She said no. I said, well, for your mental health, I suggest that you do. There is obviously something that you have to work out. If you have a continual desire to express yourself, you either have a problem to work out or you’re a writer incognito.
She confessed that she used to write all the time and loves to write but found it impractical. I told her that she better get writing. It is your core genius. If you are that motivated to write, that obsessed with writing, you are a writer. Exactly what you are going to do with it, I don’t know. But I do know that you have to write and as you do so on a consistent basis, you will discover what it is that you need to do with your writing.
I had a similar experience. After working in the computer field for several years, and then the entertainment field, I knew that I was at an impasse. But after a fashion, I knew through brainstorming or free-writing what my plan was: I would get my BA and MA in English, teach for six years or so, learn, gain extensive experience speaking, and then move into a private entity as an info-preneur. And as I sit and write this article, something that I had gotten away from for some time (writing that is), I find my energy increasing, my focus and sharpness of mind excelling. Mental sharpness is a key feature of those who are following their path. Interesting that I read today on the AP wire that elderly people who see themselves as self-disciplined, organized achievers have a lower risk for developing Alzheimer’s disease than people who are less conscientious. Why? Universal law. You were put here to do certain things. You were also put here to get off the sofa and do things, period-and, may I add, mostly for other people. There are rewards just for doing something, even those things that don’t promote your core genius, so imagine the physical, emotional, intellectual, psychological, spiritual benefits of doing that which you came here to do. And everybody, everybody, has their talent.
You know mine. My wife’s is interior decorating. She’ll see something in the store and instantly knows where it will fit into the house. She spotted a painting one time and when we got it home I put it on the wall and it amazed me how the colors in the painting matched with the surroundings. My older son is a mechanical genius. My daughter is a bookworm like her father. Our youngest Michael, who barely speaks, is going to be a politician or a lawyer. During activities at our church everyone young and old is asking, where’s Michael? Where’s Michael? One day we went to Universal Studios and my wife and I were waiting for the kids to get soaked on the Jurassic Park ride as Michael introduced himself to the people around him, just going up to tables sitting down next to whoever and socializing. He can’t talk yet, but that didn’t stop him from holding a young ladies hand for ten minutes. Quite the flirt.
But getting back to the issue at hand, you do have a talent. And some people complain that they’ve looked and they’ve looked and they’ve looked but to no avail. Well, I say, you are probably looking past, over, below or around it. It is there, you just need to think more simply. What do you like to do? How do you find this out? Let’s look into it.
Journaling
One of the best ways to discover or uncover is to journal. Unfortunately, most people have gotten away form writing. Years ago, before the glut on the market of entertainment related devices (Xbox, Game Cube, Internet, iPod, PCs, MP3 players, cell phones, email), people actually sat down and wrote each other. In junior high, I remember writing to a friend who had moved to the next state. I also wrote funny stories to entertain my friends. I wrote ideas and notes down of things I needed to do, wanted to remember, and was looking forward to. But writing is a lost art. I have seen major evidence of this over the seven-plus years I taught at the college / university level. But let’s get to what journaling can do for you.
One of the major features of journaling is its ability to pull from you information, wisdom, thoughts you never knew you had or had forgotten that are recalled just at the right time to help solve an issue.
I have yet to pin down why writing is so important to self-understanding or why it is the best way to problem solve or discover insight. It may have to do with our limitations more than anything else. Since we are such forgetful beings and have a difficult time retaining, processing, and recalling information, the best thing for us is to simply write it down. Write it down so we don’t forget what we’ve just discovered, and write it down so that we can go back and look at where our problems lie, enabling us to compare and contrast to fix ongoing issues.
But one of the greatest attributes of writing is that it enables us to create a direct path to that intuitive voice, the subconscious mind, the sixth sense, the divine, if you will. Here is where we find oftentimes priceless gems of knowledge and understanding that would probably stay hidden if we didn’t write.
It stays hidden because people are looking at life with myopic eyeglasses. They aren’t seeing the forest for the trees. The major reason being that they don’t study enough of what is going on around them. In order to truly see what’s going on, you have to read, study, think, contemplate, write or journal, just generally keep the mind active and nimble. Like your belly, it gets soft with inactivity. One of the best things you can do is write on a daily basis. Writing enables one to call forth hidden wisdom, forgotten facts that create insights that are powerful and priceless. Let me give you a few examples of what this journaling can do for you.
I know of a man who was having a normal life working as a computer programmer, going to work, raising a family, enjoying his work and leisure time. However, one day his life was turned upside down, as often happens to us humans (It happens so often that it should not be a surprise to us-maybe add this to our early education as well). He contracted MS. He did the usual in attempting to work with the mental / emotional aspect of the disease. He spoke to doctors. He spoke to family and friends. This helped to a degree but he needed more help than they could provide. So where did he go? To paper and pen. He realized that only by examining his thoughts on his own could he reach needed understanding. As he wrote, he began to have insights and understandings that were specific to his plight. Understandings others and even he could not have come up with.
“What?” You ask. “Not even him? But isn’t he writing here?”
Yes, but as I’ve stated before, it is the subconscious, intuitive / creative voice that taps into submerged solutions, understandings, forgotten facts and connections that only come forth when we allow ourselves to think freely and intuitively. Subsequent chapters will help you free yourself up, let go of counterproductive thoughts and habits locking up great personal discovery. Not sure if you’ve ever heard the old sixties saying, “Free you mind and your ass will follow.” Well, hopefully we’ll get a lot more than rear end feed up. Let’s get back to the example.
This man began to discover ways of dealing with his disease that no one else was coming up with, solutions that worked specifically for him-his unique situation. He began recording how he was feeling at his worst times. For instance, at one point, he began writing down how often he was waking up at night, and what he was feeling, and passed that information on to his doctor who was able to tailor preventative solutions based on this information. The man even went back to writing poetry, something that he hadn’t done in years, to discover insight and calm that he said would have never happened if he hadn’t gotten sick-the sickness forcing him to write again.
I know from personal experience that it has been the times I’ve spent alone, feeling down and desperate, sad and destitute, that have not only motivated me to seek out a better life but has helped me to see the significance of this better life and to appreciate it for all the joy and reward it brings. The result? Greater insight, understanding, compassion for others who suffer the same plight, and strength, coming from overcoming such difficulties and tragedies.
People often complain about their difficulties, curse God for their bad luck, but they never look to the light at the underbelly of tragedy and failure. Without these downtimes, how do we ever know success? There is no one who has ever succeeded who hasn’t known failure. And that is good, for how can you succeed without it? If failure did not exist, and you only knew success, how would you know your were successful? If you were always healthy and never got sick, how could you know health?
This is old news, philosophy that has been around for ages. The Taoist speaks of it in the ying / yang: hot / cold, light / darkness, health / sickness, pleasure / pain. If we didn’t have these pairs then we would not know the good or the bad. It is the way this world is set up. For our benefit.
By keeping our minds open, we are able to see things we would not normally be able to see. Important things.
Here’s another example. A woman was concerned about a defect in her child’s head. She had gone to a couple of experts who said that everything was fine, that the child would grow out of it. Nevertheless, she continued to worry and seek out experts. She just knew something was wrong.
Point of note: good example here of not listening to others or blindly following the crowd. How many less informed mothers or mothers with weaker intuition would have accepted these expert’s opinions?
She decided that in order to work out this problem she would journal. She, like the man with MS, had gone to experts, family and friends for advice but she knew that she hadn’t found what she was looking for. So she began to write.
In writing, she discovered an un-opinionated, neutral partner in her pen and paper. But she was not alone. She knew that there was another presence working with her. She could feel it as she came to greater understanding of what she should do. Seek out additional experts. She did.
Some time later she came upon a doctor who was working on a new disease of the bone, specifically related to children. She brought her child in. After the doctor examined the child, he suggested that they not delay and operate as soon as possible.
After the operation both the doctor and mother were satisfied with the result, the doctor telling the mother that if she had delayed the child might not have survived. The mother was also satisfied with the information and insight that she received from her journal, not only because she had saved her child but she had come to a great understanding through writing how to best deal with a highly charged emotional situation-a situation no one else was able to remedy to the mother’s satisfaction.
Journaling, writing, keeping a diary, any form of jotting down one’s ideas in a quiet place on a regular basis is fundamental to tapping into and maximizing one’s ability to be successful in most if not all areas of life.

Financial Freedom – 7 Successful Steps
In order to achieve financial freedom you need to, first of all, find out your current situation. When you are in debt especially credit card debts you need to settle those debts before you can start saving because the interest from the savings is very much less than the interest charged to your credit card’s outstanding balance. Let’s look at the steps to be taken to gain financial independence:
1. The root of the problem: You can start paying off your debts especially you credit card debts but if you continue to adopt a lavish spending lifestyle, there will be no end to it. Find out if you are spending on what you need or what you want. Stop buying unnecessary items and be happy with what you have. You are one step nearer to reach your money goals when the problems are identified and you put a stop to it. If you are unable to give up your impulsive spending habit by using credit cards, the best thing to do is to cancel all the credit cards.
2. Allocate an amount for essential items every month to cover food, petrol, children’s education, housing loan, and utility bills. Stop spending any more with what you want.
3. Debt settlement arrangement: Look at all the credit card outstanding amount and other debts and use whatever money that is left to reduce your debts. Start by settling the debt with the highest interest rate. Select to settle a smaller outstanding amount from your debts. By doing so it gives you a relief that you have settled one of your debts and give you the motivation to settle the rest.
4. Add new sources of income: You can do it right at home like I do. I write articles and I collect earnings from AdSense, though the amount is small. Two points to note here. With additional income you can pay off your debts faster and you can set aside an amount for emergency from the extra cash.
5. Pay yourself first: When you are out of debts you can now put aside an amount every month. If you can’t do it all by yourself then you take up an investment- linked insurance policy to force yourself to save.
6. Time is an important factor in savings: The wonder of compound interest will help you to make your savings grow. The more you can save and the sooner you start the easier it is to reach your saving goals.
7. Invest your savings: When you have accumulated a substantial amount you can start looking for investment channels. This is an area that you need to be careful or else your precious savings will vanish in the air. Traditionally, you can invest in blue chips, unit trusts, and properties in selected locations.
Summary
First of all you need to identify your financial problems and you put a stop to it. Is it unnecessary spending on your credit cards or is it your gambling habits? Spending on what you want will lead to more debts. Always set aside an amount to cove monthly expenditure and pay off your debts with the balance. At this juncture you can’t start saving yet. The interest from your debt is very much higher than the interest you can earn from your savings. Pay the highest interest debt first but chose a debt with a smaller amount. You will get a little relief when one of the debts is settled. Try to supplement your income to reduce your debts faster and start earlier to save. When you are unable to discipline yourself to save, arrange with the bank for an standing order to pay monthly for , say, an investment-link insurance policy, When you have substantial savings you can look for investment avenues to give you a better ROI (return on investment) .You gain financial freedom by taking these steps diligently.

Here I want to look at a paradox why forex trading is a learned skill yet 95% of traders wipe themselves out. Let’s look at how to get into the elite 5% who enjoy spectacular currency trading success…
Let’s start first with an inspiring story.
Trading legend Richard Dennis believed anyone could learn to trade with the right mindset and education so he conducted a test.
He selected a group of people of all ages both sexes and from all walks of life and set about teaching them to trade in just 14 days. He then set them up with trading accounts and the rest is history – they piled up hundreds of millions in profits and became trading legends.
Dennis had proved his point ANYONE can learn to trade and it’s not a god given skill.
Now trading is a learned skill so why do 95% of traders burn their money?
Well many fall victim to forex trading myths, think forex trading is easy or don’t get the right education but even those with sound systems can sometimes lose.
Now lets make a statement of the obvious forex trading can be learned by anyone but winning is not easy and you wouldn’t expect it to be, with the rewards on offer but it’s achievable and can offer a life changing income.
The important point to keep in mind is no one is going to make you rich.
Forget all the forex trading robots and the “sure fire” systems, success comes from within and this is what most traders don’t understand.
Your on your own and must learn a forex trading system you understand, can have confidence in and can apply with discipline.
This is what Dennis believed when he taught his students – he didn’t just tell them blindly to follow him, he made them learn the system and it was simple ( basically a breakout method ) but he taught them to have confidence in it and follow it with discipline, through long periods of losses to ultimate overall profits.
Most traders don’t take the time to learn the basics and obtain confidence and they never have discipline.
They think discipline is easy and its not.
Anyone who tells you taking loss after loss, as the market makes you look a fool is easy hasn’t traded.
Discipline is a learned skill and you can achieve disciplined trading – if you want to.
So there you have it – a simple system, you have confidence in, applied with discipline can make you a lot of money. Sure you may not get as rich as Dennis’s students (life simply is not like that) but there is a huge difference between something being impossible and being achievable.
You can be successful and for the effort you put in, the rewards are enormous. The question is:
Are you up for an exiting challenge?
If you are, welcome to the world of global forex trading and remember the forex Fact we have looked at – anyone has the potential to be a successful trader, why not you?
