titleStop Limiting Yourself With Money! 3 Simple Tips For Overcoming Your Limitations/titlepBasically, there are two reasons people have problems with money: 1) they dont know what to do with it, and 2) emotional issues and attitudes interfere with earning and how money is used./ppThe percentage of people who dont know what to do with money is actually quite small. If you have an abundance of money and dont know what to do to keep it, there are specialists you can hire, books you can read, and ways of educating yourself. However, most people have difficulty because of their limiting attitudes and emotions about attracting money./ppHere are 3 simple tips to help you overcome your limitations about money:/ppb1. Focus on what you want. /b/ppIn order to attract abundance in our lives, we must first focus on what we want to have happen. If we dont pay attention to money, or our resources, they are likely to slip away./ppWhen we are worried about money, we are focusing on what we are afraid is going to happen. When we focus on scarcity, we attract it, both in actuality, and in our perceptions of how much we have./ppIf you are thinking about not having enough, for example, you will always be aware of those who have more than you do, and even if you have money, youll believe that others have more./ppb2. Watch your language./b/ppHow we talk about money impacts what we attract. Our ever-helpful brain creates what we say. If you say All I want to do is make enough money to get by, what do you think happens? Our brain is eager to provide us with what we isay/i we want./ppIt is also important to say what we want rather than what we dont want. The brain cant really process negatives in language. When you say I dont want to be broke, your brain hears I want to be broke–dont. You must then create the negative outcome in order to undo it./ppb3. Identify and challenge attitudes that block your relationship with money. /b/ppMany times our attitudes and beliefs about money came from our family or our culture. For example, People wont like me if Im rich is a common belief that will limit the amount of financial success you achieve./ppOnce you identify your beliefs and attitudes, and understand where it comes from, decide whether or not YOU really believe it./ppBeliefs are often formed by others and fit the circumstances that were true for them. For example, people who lived through the Great Depression often have beliefs about money theyve handed down to their children and grandchildren. They may have nothing at all to do with YOUR current situation./ppBy the way, believing anything less than that you totally deserve financial success is a limiting belief. Where did it come from? Challenge this belief./ppWhen you figure out the specific ways you are limiting yourself about money, you can take steps to move beyond those obstacles to have the financial success you deserve. When you get out of your own way, it becomes much easier./pp(c) 2008 Linda Pucci, Ph.D./ppInterested in discovering more resources to bring you closer to your financial goals? Synopsis Of An Annoyer

    December 10th, 2008

Annoyer, n. – One who, or that which, annoys. (Webster’s Revised Dictionary).

Note: It will help if you read the following paragraph in the voice of a Hollywood ‘voice-over’ man. Preferably one of those deep James Earl Jones type voices. Slowly.

    They’re everywhere

They are present at every function, they exist in the classrooms and corridors of our schools, they live next door, they lurk in the corporate world, they inhabit virtually every realm of society, they are a blight on our social landscape and they are an unwelcome moth chewing it’s way through the fabric of our society. They are inappropriate, they are exhausting, they are irritating and they are tireless. To the untrained eye they look like you and me, but the moment they open their mouth, they identify themselves for what they really are (build the climactic music); the A-n-n-o-y-e-r.

    Who’s your Annoyer?

Okay, be honest. When I ask you to think of an annoying person, someone springs to mind straight away don’t they? Sure they do. Think of someone in your world (family, friend, colleague, acquaintance, neighbour, boss). Now, unless you’re incredibly fortunate (or too nice for your own good), you probably thought of at least one person almost straight away. Maybe three. Now, think about that thing (okay, things) they do which really annoys you. You know the thing (things). And when I say “annoys you”, I’m not talking about those trivial, minor things; I’m talking about those (anti) social habits and behaviours which are completely inappropriate, highly undesirable, embarrassing and at times, offensive.

    Okay… now you’ve got it.

We all wanna be (do, achieve) a lot of things, but if there’s one thing we definitely don’t wanna be, it’s annoying. Engaging, hilarious, desirable, interesting, successful, mysterious and sexy yes, but annoying? Definitely not. Yet for a quality or skill (is the ability to annoy a skill?) which is so obviously undesirable, there seems to be soooo many who have mastered it.

    Creepy Annoying Guy

Like the creepy, unattractive, socially inept, smelly, forty-something guy who constantly feels the need to express his alpha-male-ness (aka insecurity) and to offer himself (I feel queasy just writing that!) to every woman within a ten mile radius – no matter how disinterested, or even repulsed they are.

Hey Creepy Annoying Guy! Which part of “go away, I don’t want anything to do with you” are you struggling to comprehend? Stop telling embarrassing lies, stop standing inappropriately close to every female in the room, reel your tongue back in, stop leering, start addressing your personal hygiene, stop talking about your fictitious conquests and achievements, stop laughing at your own stupid, very un-funny jokes and stop trying to cover your bald spot with those six remaining hairs – it’s not working. Oh yeah, while I’m on a roll, get some dignity and lose the whole desperation thing; it’s ugly.

    Career Annoyers

Sure, we all have that propensity to be periodically annoying, but what I’m talking about today are those career Annoyers – you know them. The guy I’ve described above is someone I’ve met (at social functions) quite a few times over the years. In fact, I’ve met a few of him (so to speak). You’ve met him too. So today I’ve decided to compile a brief overview of the most common Annoyers (the ones I have met anyway) so that (1) you can identify and avoid said Annoyers and (2) in the extremely unlikely event that you may see a little of yourself in one of the following descriptions (oh yeah, as if!) you might feel compelled to take some kind of evasive action before it’s too late and you become one of the those moths.

    How can they not know?

Without doubt, one of the most annoying things about annoying people is that they don’t actually know they’re annoying. Tall people know they’re tall, clever people know they’re clever, funny people know they’re funny and geeks even know they’re geeks… but annoying people – they don’t know! Perhaps we should tell them? So, with the help of this post and your ability to forward an email or hit the print button, we may collectively start to make a dent into the global issue that is (no, not global warming)… the serial Annoyer.

Okay, let’s see if you recognize anyone:

    1. The Close Talker. Brought to our attention in a very public and humorous way all those years ago on Seinfeld and covered by me once before on this site, the Close Talker is indeed a social scourge. He or she has seemingly zero spatial awareness and typically stands inappropriately close to people – especially strangers. If three feet is the appropriate distance, they typically inhabit the one to two foot zone. If you step back, they follow and the awkward dance begins. Stay away from walls and corners or you’re a gonner.

    2. The Lip Kisser. Contrary to popular belief, the Lip Kisser is not only male. I personally have been kissed by women I hardly know with cold fishy lips and smelly breath. Gross. However, 84.7% of all inappropriate and unwanted lip kissing is perpetrated by the males of the species (I totally made that stat up). The worst members of this socially repugnant group have actually perfected the hand around the back (so the victim can’t retreat) and kiss-hold manoeuvre. It all happens within a split second, in one slick (slimey) action and allows the perpetrator prolonged lip action; disgusting. Avoid the Lip Kisser at all costs.

    3. The Circumnavigator. The Circumnavigator has an astounding ability to always bring any conversation back to him or herself. No matter what people are chatting about or where they are up to in the conversation, he/she will, very skillfully and subtly, find a way to steer the conversation back to themselves.

    4. The Interrupter. The Interrupter is actually incapable of actively listening to another person. They are invariably arrogant, egotistical, insecure and self-indulgent, and spend most of their lives chopping people off mid-sentence. They are constantly waiting for micro-gaps in the conversation so they can be heard and as a rule, they don’t talk with people, they talk at them.

    5. The Funny Guy. The Funny Guy is a frustrated stand up comic. With the only real hurdle being that he isn’t funny. Or likeable. At all. Other than that, he’s a natural! And yes, he’s usually a bloke. He laughs (too) enthusiastically at his own material while simultaneously encouraging others to do the same, via an annoying combination of head nodding and hand gesticulating. The Funny Guy is as funny as George W. is intelligent, witty and articulate.

    6. The Socially Illiterate. This person can’t read social situations at all. They have zero social awareness. A consequence of this is that they are constantly inappropriate. Fart jokes, distasteful subject matter and unsavoury language are regular features in their repertoire.

    7. The Desperado. While annoying, I actually have a soft-spot for the Desperado. All they really want is some love, recognition and acceptance; to be part of a group. Any group. They just go about it the wrong way. And while many Desperadoes are inherently nice people, their intense need to be liked and accepted often results in behaviours and habits which fall more into the annoying category, than the desirable category.

    8. The Genius. The Genius knows everything. And what he doesn’t know, he’ll fabricate. He is typically a male between forty and sixty five with low self-esteem. I have met many Genii with no qualifications, and very little knowledge who have felt obligated to educate and enlighten me about all things training and nutrition. The Genius doesn’t have conversations, he gives lectures. Every family has a least one of them.

    9. The Tough Guy. The Tough Guy is constantly compelled to demonstrate his alpha-male qualities in a pathetic attempt to off-set and camouflage his numerous short-comings and fears. With the irony being that underneath all the huff-and-puff beats the heart of a sissy. The Tough Guy usually has a vocabulary somewhere in the three to five hundred word range, hasn’t been to a doctor in twenty years and often drives a pick-up truck with stupidly large tyres and gigantic lights on the roof. He always wants to know how much I bench press and of course, he always lifts more.

    10. The Rock Star. The Rock Star typically models him or herself on their idols and wears stupidly inappropriate clothing. They love to lip sync songs into invisible microphones and sadly, the males of the group seem to delight in playing air guitar and air drums. Sometimes at the same time.

    11. Fibber. Fibbers live in their own little fictitious world. They never let the facts get in the way of a good story. Sure, we all tell the odd fib (yes Sweetie, Santa left those crumbs and those footprints were left by Prancer) but career Fibbers live in their own manufactured altered reality. They lie incessantly and without thinking. They will defend their fibs to the death. Eventually they are incapable of discerning their ‘creations’ from the real world.

    12. The Spitter. You’ll need to wear a raincoat and goggles when conversing with the Spitter. They often have a nice little stash of that white crap slowly accumulating in the corner of their mouth and seem to spray more than they say. If only someone would tell them! Whatever you do, don’t get them too excited or you’ll be backstroking out of the room.

    13. The Victim. The Victim usually has poor posture and lower back problems from carrying the world around on their shoulders for so long. Whatever you do, don’t ask them how their day is going. Unless of course you have three spare hours.

    14. The Chatterbox. The Chatterbox talks too much and too often. For some, it’s because they like to be the centre of attention, for others it’s a need to impress, and for a few, it’s because they are uncomfortable with silence in social situations. Either way, it’s bloody annoying. A Chatterbox will soldier on with the conversation no matter how disinterested you are.

    15. The Control Freak. The Control Freak loves to be in charge. Of anything and anyone. They see themselves as natural born leaders, when in reality, they are annoying, self-righteous, pains in the ass. They are compelled to impose their thinking, values and ideas on anyone unfortunate enough to be in their proximity.

    16. The Criticizer. As the name would suggest, the Criticizer takes great pleasure in finding fault in others, yet amazingly, has no flaws of his own. He is indeed unique to mankind, sees himself as the high watermark for intelligence and is the poster boy for success. In his mind, anyway.

    17. The Loud Talker. The Loud Talker has a propensity to talk very loudly and inappropriately in places and situations which really don’t warrant such volume. Restaurants, elevators, public transport and movie theatres are among her favourite loud-talking venues. Invariably, the Loud Talker’s inappropriately loud conversation will involve a mobile (cell) phone.

    18. The Historian. For some unknown and annoying reason, the Historian seems to be compelled to constantly share parts of his life with anyone stupid enough to listen. While a little history is interesting, the same six stories repeated by the same person for twenty five years can become somewhat annoying. Especially when the ‘historical accuracy’ of those stories is in significant doubt. While the Historian loves a new audience, he’s happy to repeat the same story to the same audience time and time again.

    19. The Hypochondriac. The Hypochondriac is always at death’s door. She is a close cousin to the Victim, loves attention and has almost died seven times this year alone. Nobody understands the severity of her sickness, nobody has endured the pain that she has and all her doctors are on speed dial in her phone. If she ever really gets sick everyone will ignore her.

    20. The Brat. The Brat is usually under ten years old, has no volume switch, no manners, regularly throws herself on the floor, screams a lot in public places and is the apple of her parent’s eye. Apparently, she’s gorgeous. And misunderstood. Mum (mom) and dad are delusional and have zero parenting skills. The Brat has a Nanny, sometimes a Therapist, hits other children and will often grow up to be either (1) a Victim (2) a Control Freak or (3) a Criticizer. Unless of course, you can get this post to her parents.

Well, there it was; a brief overview of some of the Annoyers I’ve met on my journey. Hopefully you didn’t recognize too much of yourself in there, but if you did… now you know! I’m sure you have an annoying lesson or anecdote to share, you may even have an ‘Annoyer’ to add to our list.

Craig Harper (B.Ex.Sci.) is the #1 ranked Motivational Speaker (according to Google). He is a qualified exercise scientist, author, columnist, radio presenter, television host and owner of one of the largest personal training centres in the world.

    Motivational Speaker – Craig Harper

Suze Orman was on Oprah this week, giving emergency financial advice to people facing foreclosure, unemployment, or bankruptcy. Her 9 Steps To Financial Freedom will help anyone to avoid those disasters.

Step 1 – Seeing How Your Past Holds The Key To Your Financial Future

“Messages about money are passed down from generation to generation, worn and chipped like family dishes.” Suze Orman

It is important to spend time understanding your family’s stories about money – and the ones you created yourself, as you were growing up. Financial freedom begins with freeing ourselves from the burden of the past.

Step 2 – Facing Your Fears And Creating New Truths

“The trouble with fears is that when we keep them inside and refuse to deal with them, they grow, like weeds left alone in a garden. Take the fear of not having enough to cover the bills this month and let it wander around by itself, unchecked. Where will it go? It will become the fear of not having enough in general.” Suze Orman

New financial realities can only grow once you have faced your fears and replaced them with new, more empowering beliefs.

Step 3 – Being Honest With Yourself

“Most of us believe, or deceive ourselves into believing, that we need about $1,000 to $1,500 a month less than we actually do need to go on living the exact same way we live right now.” Suze Orman

It is very important to go back through your records and establish exactly how much you have really spent. Guessing won’t get you free!

Step 4 – Being Responsible To Those You Love

“It’s not OK when you get sick, or when you die, to leave financial chaos behind you for everyone else to clean up.” Suze Orman

Make sure you have a will, including a testamentary trust, adequate life insurance, income protection insurance, and health insurance. If you are not sure what any of these are, or how to get them, consult a financial planner.

Step 5 – Being Respectful Of Yourself And Your Money

“If you’re respectful of your money, and do what needs to be done with it, you will become like a magnet, attracting more and more money to yourself.” Suze Orman

The most powerful and respectful way to make money is to invest wisely. Plan for your future, take advantage of the superannuation plans that are available to you, face your debt, and stand guard over your money, ensuring that every penny you spend is a penny that must be spent.

Step 6 – Trusting Yourself More Than You Trust Others

“When it comes to every financial decision you will make for the rest of your life, you will choose correctly if you go with the answer that reflects your instinctual response.” Suze Orman

Your financial freedom is your responsibility, and it can only be planned and brought about by you. There is no “expert” or “insider” who knows better than you what you should do.

Step 7 – Being Open To Receive All That You Are Meant To Have

“Money is a living entity, and responds to energy, including yours, and to how you feel about yourself.” Suze Orman

Thoughts of poverty are the chains which bind – to release them, give money to a charity you feel stongly about.

Step 8 – Understanding The Ebb And Flow Of The Money Cycle

“How often have you heard, for example, of someone who is devastated by being fired, only to land a much better job and end up happier?”

To be at peace with the ebb and flow of money, remember two things. Always take the long view of your financial future, and believe that everything that happens is positive, if you are willing to let it be.

Step 9 – Recognising True Wealth

“True financial freedom lies in defining ourselves by who and what we are, not by what we do or do not have.”

You cannot put a price tag on your life. No matter what financial ups and downs happen in your life, you will be truly wealthy when you understand that none of that stuff matters. Not really.

“Money itself cannot make you financially free. Only you can make yourself financially free, and you can do it – and so much more. You have that power.”

Mark Bennett is a staff writer for Money Talks, and contributes regularly to other financial sites. This article is part of his series on refinancing, which can be seen at http://EmergencyRefinancing.com

Suze Orman appeared in Oprah recently, talking about foreclosure, bankruptcy, and emergency refinancing – see her 9 Steps To Financial Freedom.

Last week, I was in discussions with a lot of people. I was trying to understand them, their needs, their concerns and their motivation to achieve.

One such discussion ( and I am writing this article with the person’s consent) led to a person expressing unhappiness and discontent over everything that wasn’t right. This ranged from basic administration issues to management issues at the highest level. After elaborating on all of these this person made a final comment, “Nothing changes, no one accepts feedback, everyone just keeps throwing things at me, overburden me. I feel completely engrossed in silly activities. My real skills are not utilized. There is just too much politics. How can I be expected to deliver something special?”

The person, I know, has a lot of energy and a lot of potential and I was saddened to listen to all the reasons (real or not) that have been accepted, at least in the mind, for non-progression, if not already regression.

I asked this person only one question,”Assuming that all this is true and I am sure it is true for any organization that you may ever be a part of, who’s growth is it affecting?” The answer was obvious it didn’t need to be answered. However it took a long time for him to get to the answer “Mine”.

I then asked him,’if it is affecting your performance, your career, your growth, your happiness, your life – then why don’t you be a leader, assume leadership, make a plan and change it. Why don’t you change it for yourself, forget the company.”

Then came the most pressing statement,”How can I be a leader when I don’t even have people reporting to me?”

I told him that to me it more seems like an effect than a cause.

“What would you do if you have people reporting to you?” I asked.

I got a complete list of tasks that he shouldn’t be doing and would hence get delegated. This would free his time and now he can focus on more important things.

“What are these more important things?” I asked

Lots of things were mentioned. These were mostly things that he should be doing anyways, however, feels that their isn’t time to do them.

“How many people, do you know, who will be inspired to follow you, for you to accomplish the tasks that you just mentioned?” I asked.

There wasn’t a reply to this question but it helped in setting a reversal of thoughts and we reached to lot of interesting conclusions and actions. However the reason I am writing this article on this topic is that this isn’t the first time I’ve came across this mindset. The mindset that assumes these falsifications like:

“I don’t have people reporting to me so I can’t be a leader.”
“my designation is so and so – I am not in a leadership role.”
“What leadership?? we don’t even have basic things in place.”
“I am hired to do ____ . what leadership you are talking about. I am doing my job fine.”
“People are motivated. They are happy. So I guess am a good leader.”

You will be amazed to learn that a recent survey conducted by one of the largest research company in the world on the topic – “why people don’t assume leadership?” concluded in 82% respondents (the respondents were all in positions of General Managers and above in companies of a minimum size of 5Million USD) citing at least one of the above five statements as a reason. How absurd is that?

There are only FOUR statements you ever need to know about leadership:

You are not a leader because you don’t believe you are one.

You are not a leader because you have accepted current situations as realities of life.

You are not a leader because you don’t have the guts to state a vision for change.

You are not a leader because you have a lot of ‘other’ because(s) and not the one’s mentioned above.

Examine a few names, any names – say for instance Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Mother Teressa, Mahatma Gandhi, Narayan Murthi, Your CEO, Steve Jobs, Dhirubhai Ambani or even Dr. Manmohan Singh, think of any name that you think is a leader. I have one simple question to ask.

Did any on these people when they started out in life have a leadership role, have people reporting to them, have basic things in place (ya right!), have a job that they could do fine or have the luxury to be happy because people were simply motivated?

The answer to every single question is NO. Were they leaders? YES.

They were and became even better leaders because they believed they will be, because they NEVER accepted the current situation as realities of life, because they had the guts to state their visions and be compelled by them and because they never had a choice to state ‘because(s)’ for non achievement. The reason they didn’t have a choice is that they themselves made the choice redundant. A classic example of this is a statement once made by Muhammed Ali, he said, “I am the best. I said it even before I knew I was.” Simple!

Whenever I have stated these things to a group of people either in a training program or in coaching conversations, I’ve often been asked a very valid question. I am sure a lot of you will be thinking that as well. The question people ask is this – Lets say I believe, I came up with a vision and people even get inspired by my plans – is this enough to ensure that I’ll be a good leader and achieve what I set out for? or Does it mean I’ll become, lets say, a Dhirubhai Ambani.

There are two answers to this question -

One, everybody is different and NO, you will not become a Dhirubhai Ambani because you aren’t him. You don’t know what his motivation and more importantly instigation in life was and what he talked to himself about as a result. You don’t know what his insights were that resulted in his visions. So there is no point in emulating someone’s vision because you do not have access to their insights and experiences. Therefore you need your own that then you would truly believe in.

Second, having done that does it ensure that you will be a great leader and achieve your goals. Well, that is what is the test of leadership. You have to remember all goals and all missions will not be accomplished by Christmas, no mater how much you want it to be. Because it hasn’t happened by Christmas do you go on or do you not? What if it doesn’t happen by next christmas as well? When do you finally say “lets move on”.. The very simple answer is that if you find yourself asking these questions and seriously considering giving up, then the belief wasn’t their in the first place. There was only a small desire and you gave it a shot! Thats it.

Once you have a belief, an insight that has resulted in a vision, my friend, you never give up on the vision (or the goal), you may do so on the process to achieve that goal. I can assure you that every great leader has come to the same crossroads where they are questioning or doubting their abilities and I can also assure you that they all start all over again with the four things written above – they self talk themselves to believing, they refuse to accept the current situation (or failure) AS REALITY, they have the guts (TO AGAIN) state a vision, a plan and keep going and barring their own failures (their mistakes that they can improve upon themselves) they do not accept any because(s) (that is external factors). … Leadership..

It may seem daunting and even demotivating at times to learn that if this is the case, then, I don’t even have a start point in sight. That I don’t even have a vision or a goal that I will truly like to achieve, something that I believe in and will try to accomplish at any cost.

It isn’t that tough. On the contrary if you have started thinking like this or feeling like this, the first step is already taken.

The most effective step to acquire insights, probably the only way as well is self awareness. The more you question yourself, the more you learn about your self – your thoughts and why, your patterns (in decision making, in choices) and why, your goals and WHY (you’ll be amazed how may of these will just NOT BE yours)… the more then you will be able to identify inconsistencies around you that just shouldn’t be there. You will then have a desire for change because post an insight it feels very stupid to accept a ‘false’ reality. It might not be something big but it will lead you to ‘there’ for sure.

The most important thing however is – Start!

    Crop Circles!

A couple of years ago, I wrote an article about crop circles and received an overwhelming response from readers of our member newsletter Ancient Mysteries. When I started the report, I was truly ready to show what the aliens were trying to tell us. Unfortunately, the hard facts revealed that most crop circles are manmade. But, let’s take another look at this interesting topic.

The number of circles reported varies from approximately 2,000 (according to the International Crop Circle Database) to an estimated 10,000 sightings worldwide. The first patterns were simple circles and rings in wheat and barley fields. Recent patterns are elaborate geometrical designs, including some fractals! Patterns range in size from just a few yards across to huge designs that can only be seen fully from the air.

Theories on how these are made vary. Some propose that whirlwinds or plasma vortexes cause them, others suggest earth energies and magnetic fields, and some say microwave transient heating causes these circles. But, the most popular belief is that extraterrestrial forces create crop circles. As I reported in the first article, initially, the circles were thought to be landing impressions left by alien spacecraft, but now it is believed that the patterns are messages from aliens to us.

In 1991, two elderly, retired Englishmen, Doug Bower and Dave Chorley, confessed to creating hundreds of crop circles, beginning in the early 1970s. This led most media sources to proclaim that all crop circles were hoaxes. Some crop circle supporters pointed out that these two men couldn’t possibly have created all the circles, particularly those outside of the U.K. Yet, some crop circle artists, such as Circlemakers, suggested that Doug and Dave started a trend that was picked up by others worldwide. These artists consider crop circles a creative challenge and continue to make new and more elaborate patterns. We can even learn how to make our own at their Web site.

Interestingly, in 1991 Doug and Dave stated that they would make no more circles. But English researcher John Macnish claims that a year after they said this, he filmed them making the famous East Meon crop circle of 1992.

Gene Pool, a crop circle Web site, gives the following story as an example of the present state of mind surrounding crop circles: “When a large crop circle showed up Hungary, it created a great deal of attention. Two crop circle experts were called in to solemnly declare that it was a genuine construction by extraterrestrials, and could absolutely, positively not be the work of humans. A few months later, two seventeen-year-old students from Budapest introduced themselves in front of a T.V. audience and announced that they had created the circle themselves. Furthermore, they had extensive proof in the form of photographs and videotapes, including before and after shots.”

Pool points out that several newspapers sent reporters out with a few crop circle makers to make new circles in secret. In each case, a day or so later, the reporter-assisted circles were hailed as genuine by all of the “experts.” This experiment was repeated several times by several journalists. One well-documented, manmade design even ended up on the cover of a book on crop circles.

On the other hand, conspiracy theorists claim that Doug and Dave’s confession was staged by the British Ministry of Defense in collusion with the CIA to keep the secret of alien contact hidden from the public.

Most crop circle fans concede that some circles are manmade but believe that others aren’t. The following evidence is presented to support the position that some crop circles are not manmade: huge and intricate designs appear quickly, stalks are bent above ground level (this is very difficult to do by a man), and electromagnetic anomalies are found within some circles.

Those who believe that all crop circles are manmade put forth these points to support their case: wet crops bend easily without breaking, and it would take only a few minutes of math, a tape measure and a compass to make a design that would look complicated. Some humans understand fractals so well that they could easily make them using simple tools. Finally, it didn’t take long before schoolchildren across the U.K. began drawing complex circles in contests. If schoolchildren can do these, why do we so quickly attribute the circles to aliens?

Despite all of this, many people find crop circles to be a fascinating and uplifting phenomenon. Whether they are made by humans or aliens, they have a magic to them that cannot be overlooked. They lift human imagination up from everyday earth life to artistic, heavenly feelings and thoughts. Alien or domestic, crop circles are having a profound effect upon humanity.

Far too many new Forex traders attempt to enter the markets with little or no knowledge of the subject and have never taken the time to acquire a proper Forex education. I really have no idea how they think they are going to possibly be successful and make money, but none the less they do it ever day. Yes, the currency markets do offer a way to acquire wealth quicker and with less risk than almost any other form of investment. But, this is limited to the people who have taken time to learn Forex trading and have invested in themselves. While there is a vast amount of free information on the internet that will teach you about the currency markets, I assure it is not of the quality that one needs to be a profitable Forex trader.

I fully support and endorse researching, reading and learning from as much free material as you possibly can find before entering the currency markets. What I do not endorse is the idea that this will supply you with enough of an education to make it possible for you to make money in the markets. For the skeptical there is a simple path to providing proof of this statement without them losing money trying. Which is to become acquainted with the material and then open a FREE demo account supplied by many Forex brokerage firms. These accounts do not require you to invest any funds and allow you to try trading using play money by just filling out a simple online application.

There are many exceptional Forex training courses on the market today that are very inexpensive. Especially when taken into consideration the fact that one single simple currency trade will make more in profits than the cost of a course. Therefore, it is really beyond belief that people continue to trade in the FX markets knowing little or nothing about what they are doing. My personal favorites, which are quite a bit more expensive than the normal online courses are the mentoring programs. These courses are taught by professional Forex traders and have one on one teaching and trading sessions. Most of the better mentoring programs allow you to customize your specific training package. Unfortunately, new currency traders usually don’t enroll in these classes but they are taken by the people who have tried trading, but have failed.

The currency markets offer a great place to acquire wealth quickly and with a limited amount of risk. To take advantage of this opportunity you really should acquire a top level Forex education before attempting to trade with real money. I have offered an excellent suggestion to trade with a demo account and use play money to see if this is really a place for you and to decide for yourself exactly what type of knowledge you will need to be profitable. I fully invite you to take advantage of that suggestion.

How do you know what your calling in life is? Some people know very early in life. Mozart wrote his first symphony at the age of eight; Paul McCartney wrote his first song when he was fourteen. So some have it figured out quite early. Not all of us do. Or sometimes we know and ignore it or don’t move to action to develop our talent(s). Regardless, if you are looking to discover your core genius, your talent, how do you go about it? We’ll get more into this in a moment. Let’s take a look at how you feel at this time to determine where you are mentally.

Do you lack energy, enthusiasm, desire? Do you have difficulty sleeping? Getting up for work? Lack desire to be with family, spouse, friends? Now some of these symptoms may be related to disease. And there is a belief that depression can result in physical disease, but this is not my area of expertise. But if you are relatively healthy, you’ve gone to regular doctor visits and you check out OK, but you still have symptoms of depression, lack of energy and enthusiasm, it is more than likely that your problems are motivational. Tony Robbins says that there are no lazy people, they simply have impotent goals. Put more simply, they are not doing what excites them. If boredom reigns in you life, get busy. But maybe you’ve been suppressing your desires for so long it is going to take some work to pull out the answer.

What is the best technique to use? Simple and short. Writing. You need a journal. If you are not used to self-examination, then you need to get a journal and practice opening up to the intuitive / creative voice within you. It is the subconscious voice or the subconscious you that has your answers. Major point here is that you are going to find out for yourself what it is that you want to do.

Here’s a case in point. I had a student come to me one day complaining that no matter how hard she tried to be objective in her writing she always found herself putting in her ten cents, so to speak. She just couldn’t keep herself from putting her subjective stories in to support what she was saying. The assignment called for a more objective approach but no matter what she just couldn’t maintain her objectivity.

I asked her if she kept a journal. She said no. I said, well, for your mental health, I suggest that you do. There is obviously something that you have to work out. If you have a continual desire to express yourself, you either have a problem to work out or you’re a writer incognito.

She confessed that she used to write all the time and loves to write but found it impractical. I told her that she better get writing. It is your core genius. If you are that motivated to write, that obsessed with writing, you are a writer. Exactly what you are going to do with it, I don’t know. But I do know that you have to write and as you do so on a consistent basis, you will discover what it is that you need to do with your writing.

I had a similar experience. After working in the computer field for several years, and then the entertainment field, I knew that I was at an impasse. But after a fashion, I knew through brainstorming or free-writing what my plan was: I would get my BA and MA in English, teach for six years or so, learn, gain extensive experience speaking, and then move into a private entity as an info-preneur. And as I sit and write this article, something that I had gotten away from for some time (writing that is), I find my energy increasing, my focus and sharpness of mind excelling. Mental sharpness is a key feature of those who are following their path. Interesting that I read today on the AP wire that elderly people who see themselves as self-disciplined, organized achievers have a lower risk for developing Alzheimer’s disease than people who are less conscientious. Why? Universal law. You were put here to do certain things. You were also put here to get off the sofa and do things, period-and, may I add, mostly for other people. There are rewards just for doing something, even those things that don’t promote your core genius, so imagine the physical, emotional, intellectual, psychological, spiritual benefits of doing that which you came here to do. And everybody, everybody, has their talent.

You know mine. My wife’s is interior decorating. She’ll see something in the store and instantly knows where it will fit into the house. She spotted a painting one time and when we got it home I put it on the wall and it amazed me how the colors in the painting matched with the surroundings. My older son is a mechanical genius. My daughter is a bookworm like her father. Our youngest Michael, who barely speaks, is going to be a politician or a lawyer. During activities at our church everyone young and old is asking, where’s Michael? Where’s Michael? One day we went to Universal Studios and my wife and I were waiting for the kids to get soaked on the Jurassic Park ride as Michael introduced himself to the people around him, just going up to tables sitting down next to whoever and socializing. He can’t talk yet, but that didn’t stop him from holding a young ladies hand for ten minutes. Quite the flirt.

But getting back to the issue at hand, you do have a talent. And some people complain that they’ve looked and they’ve looked and they’ve looked but to no avail. Well, I say, you are probably looking past, over, below or around it. It is there, you just need to think more simply. What do you like to do? How do you find this out? Let’s look into it.

    Journaling

One of the best ways to discover or uncover is to journal. Unfortunately, most people have gotten away form writing. Years ago, before the glut on the market of entertainment related devices (Xbox, Game Cube, Internet, iPod, PCs, MP3 players, cell phones, email), people actually sat down and wrote each other. In junior high, I remember writing to a friend who had moved to the next state. I also wrote funny stories to entertain my friends. I wrote ideas and notes down of things I needed to do, wanted to remember, and was looking forward to. But writing is a lost art. I have seen major evidence of this over the seven-plus years I taught at the college / university level. But let’s get to what journaling can do for you.

One of the major features of journaling is its ability to pull from you information, wisdom, thoughts you never knew you had or had forgotten that are recalled just at the right time to help solve an issue.

I have yet to pin down why writing is so important to self-understanding or why it is the best way to problem solve or discover insight. It may have to do with our limitations more than anything else. Since we are such forgetful beings and have a difficult time retaining, processing, and recalling information, the best thing for us is to simply write it down. Write it down so we don’t forget what we’ve just discovered, and write it down so that we can go back and look at where our problems lie, enabling us to compare and contrast to fix ongoing issues.

But one of the greatest attributes of writing is that it enables us to create a direct path to that intuitive voice, the subconscious mind, the sixth sense, the divine, if you will. Here is where we find oftentimes priceless gems of knowledge and understanding that would probably stay hidden if we didn’t write.

It stays hidden because people are looking at life with myopic eyeglasses. They aren’t seeing the forest for the trees. The major reason being that they don’t study enough of what is going on around them. In order to truly see what’s going on, you have to read, study, think, contemplate, write or journal, just generally keep the mind active and nimble. Like your belly, it gets soft with inactivity. One of the best things you can do is write on a daily basis. Writing enables one to call forth hidden wisdom, forgotten facts that create insights that are powerful and priceless. Let me give you a few examples of what this journaling can do for you.

I know of a man who was having a normal life working as a computer programmer, going to work, raising a family, enjoying his work and leisure time. However, one day his life was turned upside down, as often happens to us humans (It happens so often that it should not be a surprise to us-maybe add this to our early education as well). He contracted MS. He did the usual in attempting to work with the mental / emotional aspect of the disease. He spoke to doctors. He spoke to family and friends. This helped to a degree but he needed more help than they could provide. So where did he go? To paper and pen. He realized that only by examining his thoughts on his own could he reach needed understanding. As he wrote, he began to have insights and understandings that were specific to his plight. Understandings others and even he could not have come up with.

“What?” You ask. “Not even him? But isn’t he writing here?”

Yes, but as I’ve stated before, it is the subconscious, intuitive / creative voice that taps into submerged solutions, understandings, forgotten facts and connections that only come forth when we allow ourselves to think freely and intuitively. Subsequent chapters will help you free yourself up, let go of counterproductive thoughts and habits locking up great personal discovery. Not sure if you’ve ever heard the old sixties saying, “Free you mind and your ass will follow.” Well, hopefully we’ll get a lot more than rear end feed up. Let’s get back to the example.

This man began to discover ways of dealing with his disease that no one else was coming up with, solutions that worked specifically for him-his unique situation. He began recording how he was feeling at his worst times. For instance, at one point, he began writing down how often he was waking up at night, and what he was feeling, and passed that information on to his doctor who was able to tailor preventative solutions based on this information. The man even went back to writing poetry, something that he hadn’t done in years, to discover insight and calm that he said would have never happened if he hadn’t gotten sick-the sickness forcing him to write again.

I know from personal experience that it has been the times I’ve spent alone, feeling down and desperate, sad and destitute, that have not only motivated me to seek out a better life but has helped me to see the significance of this better life and to appreciate it for all the joy and reward it brings. The result? Greater insight, understanding, compassion for others who suffer the same plight, and strength, coming from overcoming such difficulties and tragedies.

People often complain about their difficulties, curse God for their bad luck, but they never look to the light at the underbelly of tragedy and failure. Without these downtimes, how do we ever know success? There is no one who has ever succeeded who hasn’t known failure. And that is good, for how can you succeed without it? If failure did not exist, and you only knew success, how would you know your were successful? If you were always healthy and never got sick, how could you know health?

This is old news, philosophy that has been around for ages. The Taoist speaks of it in the ying / yang: hot / cold, light / darkness, health / sickness, pleasure / pain. If we didn’t have these pairs then we would not know the good or the bad. It is the way this world is set up. For our benefit.

By keeping our minds open, we are able to see things we would not normally be able to see. Important things.

Here’s another example. A woman was concerned about a defect in her child’s head. She had gone to a couple of experts who said that everything was fine, that the child would grow out of it. Nevertheless, she continued to worry and seek out experts. She just knew something was wrong.

Point of note: good example here of not listening to others or blindly following the crowd. How many less informed mothers or mothers with weaker intuition would have accepted these expert’s opinions?

She decided that in order to work out this problem she would journal. She, like the man with MS, had gone to experts, family and friends for advice but she knew that she hadn’t found what she was looking for. So she began to write.

In writing, she discovered an un-opinionated, neutral partner in her pen and paper. But she was not alone. She knew that there was another presence working with her. She could feel it as she came to greater understanding of what she should do. Seek out additional experts. She did.

Some time later she came upon a doctor who was working on a new disease of the bone, specifically related to children. She brought her child in. After the doctor examined the child, he suggested that they not delay and operate as soon as possible.

After the operation both the doctor and mother were satisfied with the result, the doctor telling the mother that if she had delayed the child might not have survived. The mother was also satisfied with the information and insight that she received from her journal, not only because she had saved her child but she had come to a great understanding through writing how to best deal with a highly charged emotional situation-a situation no one else was able to remedy to the mother’s satisfaction.

Journaling, writing, keeping a diary, any form of jotting down one’s ideas in a quiet place on a regular basis is fundamental to tapping into and maximizing one’s ability to be successful in most if not all areas of life.

    Dimensions of Time

    November 10th, 2008

    Introduction

Before I begin I feel I must first explain why I have labeled this a theory rather than a hypothesis. This is because I am sure that enough evidence exists to prove my hypothesis. A large part of this evidence comes from recent experiments using clocks on earth vs above the earth. I also believe that my arguments are logically sound, and that a reasonable human being would consider it possible rather than dismissing it outright. It is within the logical framework of this paper that my theory of time will find its way into the minds of its readers. “Scientific facts could not exist without first considering the possibilities”.

    Theory of Time

We view our world based on three distinct planes which are; 1) The line, 2) The plane, and 3) The 3 dimensional object or the third dimension. The fourth dimension has been overwhelmingly and conveniently lumped into one category, that of the fourth dimension; known as time. I maintain that time is not the fourth dimension. Time is only a measuring device, a concept for us to measure the motion of an object. Well, I say motion and time are more related than we think.

I know that there are many who would point to certain perceived events in science as proof that time truly exists as a physical thing. Perhaps none more importantly than the perceived differences between a clock on earth and a clock in space. The belief is that two clocks set to exactly the same time will not read the same time once one of the two clocks is placed in orbit above the earth. The clock above the earth runs slower than the clock back on earth and therefor; it is assumed that we are seeing a physical manifestation of time. Evidence that time exists as a thing rather than a concept. I can understand how that conclusion could be made. Another experiment took place where an atomic clock on a jet was synchronized to another atomic clock back on the ground. As the jet flew through the sky, the atomic clock on board appeared to slow down the faster the jet went. As if time itself slows down the faster you go. It is true that the clock does slow, and it is also true that a clock in space also displays a discrepancy in time. I wonder what a clock on Jupiter would read? My point is that outside forces are responsible for these differences and not the proof of “Time Dilation”.

It is true that these time instruments do show a discrepancy, but did we not learn anything from Albert Einstein? He was most definitely correct about relativity, of this I am sure. That being said, he did suffer from the same concept of time that an overwhelming majority of people seem to share. I point to one of the more famous explanations of Einstein’s concept of time. If a subject is standing near a clock and then suddenly accelerates away from the clock at a tremendous speed, he or she would perceive time as standing still. Now, this concept logically seems to make sense, many things do that turn out not to be true. At the same time history is full of instances where a thought that appeared to be anything but true, turned out to be scientific fact. Einstein was a brilliant man and I take nothing away from his major contributions to science. I would have liked to have asked Einstein this one question,”If a blind man standing near a clock were to accelerate away from that clock, what would he perceive”? His eyes would not tell him anything. My point is that perceptions can sometimes be mistaken. Relativity itself proves this. The fallacy can occur with logic as well. If I were to fly towards the sun at 20,000 miles per second, would I not be traveling back in time” Since it takes light from the sun roughly 8 minutes to reach the earth, I would be traveling back in time. Clearly not, but my point is this; we must utilize a combination of perception, conception, and testing in order to gain a clear picture of reality. Visual evidence can be misleading; just ask any good magician.

The discrepancy between the clocks in the two examples I described before do occur but for different reasons. Gravity on the earth effects the clock on the earth differently relative to the clock that is experiencing less gravity in orbit around the earth. The atmosphere of the earth also has an effect on the clock left on earth relative to a clock in orbit above the earth. What about the jet? In the case of the jet we have gravity, inertia, as well as the atmosphere exerting an influence over the clock. The stationary clock on the ground is not experiencing inertial forces. It is experiencing slightly more gravity and atmospheric pressure. What I am saying is that, “It does not matter whether you synchronize the clocks, use atomic clocks, or any other kind of clock. The fact of the matter is that both instruments are undergoing different degrees of forces acting upon them and therefore; will cause each clock to run at different rates. Even an atomic clock would not be sheltered from these outside influences. This is the concept that exists at the very heart of relativity. It often leaves me wondering this; if you stood two synchronized clocks side by side, would they eventually read differently if given millions or even billions of years. This notion would have to take into account that the environment around the two time pieces would have to remain constant and unchanging during that entire event? Unfortunately there would be no way to test this, because we would never be able to set up such a controlled experiment; while having the experiment remain unaffected for the necessary amount of time. I also often wonder what would happen to two clocks occupying the same place at the same exact time? Do not confuse this with the same matter occupying the same space at the same time. What I mean is two clocks made of the same material, but different matter somehow occupying the same space at the same time. Both of these clocks would then read the same forever if they are in sync, because they will exist under the exact same conditions. Of course now we would have to somehow shelter each time piece from influencing each other and even if we could manage to do that the time pieces would still read differently over time simply based on the different events occurring between the matter contained within each clock. This includes minute and undetectable design flaws, minute differences, etc.

I cannot say what exactly leads to the discrepancy between time pieces in Einstein’s theory of Time Dilation. What I am saying, is that the reasons attributed to the perceived events has lead to the wrong conclusions. You can run the test over and over as many times as you like and you will end up with the same results. The experiment is reproducible, with the same outcome every time. This is what being scientifically proven is all about. Most of the time it remains true. The experiment must be testable, repeatable, and have the same results to prove a scientific fact. In this instance, however; we have come to the wrong conclusions. The end results of each experiment appear to be the same, because the circumstances with which the experiments are conducted are relatively the same. The same forces on board a jet will be relatively the same, with any changes remaining undetectable. In the case of the atomic clock, it is so precise that we could never detect a difference unless the conditions were as different as Pluto and mars. On earth clocks are influenced by the same forces, in space, etc. etc. Any differences on influences at the molecular level remaining undetectable and therefor unnoticed.

What I propose, is that it is not a matter of time dilation; since time is not an actual thing. As I said before, it is a ruler for measuring events. If an object were to accelerate towards the speed of light, time does not slow down. The event in which that object is experiencing is happening more quickly relative to other events. Just as a car traveling at 20 mph will take longer to get from point A to point B, than a car traveling at 100 mph. The faster car will get there first. They arrive at their destination at 10:00 am and wait. It is still 10:00 am in the slower car, they just happen to still be driving to point B. Time was not affected, because time is not a thing. It is not tangible, and there is no time particle or wave.

As an object approaches the speed of light it is believed that it will be shredded into pure energy when it reaches peak velocity. I certainly would want to be 100% sure of what would happen before I undertook that experiment. If this object traveled at a speed that allowed it to remain intact, from the earth to the next star and back; what would happen? Lets say the object was traveling at 125,000 miles per second. This means that the object would travel that distance each second. Let’s say the object we are traveling to is 1 trillion miles away.

So we divide 1 trillion miles by 125,000 miles and we get an answerer of:

    8,000,000 seconds. 8,000,000 seconds = 133,333.33…minutes = 2,222.22…hours =

92.592… days = How long they will be gone according to earth time.

I am sitting on Earth with a stop watch; waiting patiently for their return. This of course will take another 92.592… days. Round trip they will be gone for 185.185…days before they return to earth. After which time I will ask,”What took them sooooooooo long”?!

Now I know that many who read this may disagree. The common accepted result would be that time would seem to stop for that person, while time back on earth would go soooooooo much faster. Years will have gone by when they return and they will perceive only being gone for the 185 days. This is just not so. Just as a person traveling on a jet from Maine to Florida will get there quicker, than someone driving to Florida from Maine in a car. They will both perceive the passage of time exactly the same. Five hours EST is five hours EST. This is because we have based our units of time measurement on the Earth’s motions. The Earth takes 24 hours to make one revolution, because that is simply how we broke down that event. We could have just as easily broken it up into some other number or unit, rounded if necessary, and then break that scale up into further appropriate units. The fact is that we chose 24 hrs. and it is all we know. Its no different than the millions of people, whom belong to a certain religion; simply based upon where they were born, and who they were born to. Methods and conceptions are passed down from one generation to the next and suddenly the Earth is no longer flat.

The fact remains that, based on the motion of the Earth, our fictional ship will take 185 days to make a round trip; and they will have been gone for 185 days here on earth as well. It does not matter what a clock on that ship says. It is undergoing influences outside of the Earth’s influence. The clock on Earth works accurately, because it was built to keep time on our planet. If we take this same clock off of this planet, then it is no longer an effective tool. That is, unless it is calibrated to work appropriately in its new environment. We can take a clock to mars and use it to keep track of time on Mars, but that time will be based on Earth time, and not Mars time. We will measure the motions of Mars in Earth units. The same is true of anywhere else out in space. Unless there is an exact twin of the Earth out there; one where the gravity, atmospheric pressure, revolution, travel around its star, and so forth is the same; then our “earth based event instrument” (clock) is useless. Either any time we keep track of with it will be based on earth time units, or the clock will not function properly depending on the environment and the forces acting upon it. We can; however, calibrate our earth instrument to handle a new environment. We can also take those earth based units, time our subject, and then present that information in earth time. A day on mars would be represented as taking 1 hr 37 min ETU (Earth Time Units).

Everything in the universe, relative to earth time, takes the same exact amount of time. One event may take place faster than another event, but it takes the same amount of time relative to the events around it. If humanity evolved on some other planet then it is highly likely that our whole system of time keeping would be completely different. Time on this new planet would be based upon that planets motions around its star. Or perhaps our time units would be based on something else entirely. If there is intelligent life out there in the universe, then it is going to be really interesting to hear their concepts, and methods of time keeping. This is assuming that we will even be able to understand their method of time keeping. If we can then it will simply be a matter of figuring out the unit to unit ratios. One earth year would equal some unit of their time keeping method and so forth. This would also work in reverse. They would convert our ETUs into their own units of time.

I have tried my best to convey my conception of time up to this point. Once you have a clear grasp of the logic of time, then my theory of time, will become perfectly clear.
    Consider this:

If we view our world in 3 dimensions, why can we not then view time in the same manner. Let us build a simple model of the reality we live in. First, I maintain that the fourth dimension, that of time, also contains dimensions that need to be considered for us to have a true grasp on the concept of what time really and truly is. Consider a void where nothing exists. No matter what so ever. No motion, no atoms, absolutely and completely nothing. Now consider that a line miraculously comes into existence. This line represents the first dimension. The line then evolves, for the sake of analogy, into a planar circle. Ta dah! Now comes the age of the second dimension. Now imagine that this circular plane expands into the third dimension and becomes what is known as a sphere. Now, keep in mind that up until this moment time does not exist. Time involves motion and nothing has moved, up until this point. The object has evolved through the known and accepted 3 dimensions, but it remains in the same place. It cannot be cut up into smaller parts, this is the smallest singular object in a universe of nothingness. So, where does time come in? At the very moment that I asked that question the sphere began to move forward through nothingness on a straight path. The very instant that this sphere began to move forward the fourth dimension of time was born into existence. This is the first motion of time.

Let us label the dimensions we have so far to paint a clear picture.

    Dimensions

    1) The first dimension = the line

    2) The second dimension = the circular plane

    3) The third dimension = the sphere

    4) The fourth dimension = motion of the sphere in one direction

Now, I know energy must be applied to the sphere to put it into motion so in reality two dimensions of time are born into existence according to my theory and I will explain what I mean by that shortly.

This sphere traveling on this straight line would need energy, some outside acting force to send it in motion, but we are assuming it just began to move forward of its own free will. Now let us consider that this sphere suddenly begins to spin as it moves forward. At this point we have the existence of the fifth dimension.

    5) The fifth dimension = motion forward + motion of spin

Now let us consider that this sphere, which is moving forward and spinning, develops a wobble. At this instance the sixth dimension of time has come into existence.

    6) The sixth dimension = motion forward + motion of spin + motion of wobble

Finally we will consider the motion of the pulse. As this sphere moves forward, spins, and wobbles, it also begins to pulse. Expanding outward and inward at an indeterminate rate. We really don’t need to know the rate, we only need to consider the fact that it is pulsing.

    7) The seventh dimension = motion forward + motion of spin + motion of wobble + motion of pulse

    When considering all of this we can conclude that time is, in reality, composed of four dimensions of time. So, what we have are the dimensions of the object composed of 3 dimensions and we have the dimension of time composed of four dimensions of time. There are two parent categories contain sub categories as follows;

Dimensions of Object: The line, the plane, and the object of the third dimension…which is determined by plane…which is determined by the line.

Dimensions of Time: The motion forward, the spin, the wobble, and the pulse.

I want to mention a few more things about the four dimensions of time. First, I have only listed four, because I cannot conceive of any more motions that one object can have without tearing itself apart. Second, once we understand these four dimensions of time, and if they are the only dimensions of time, we may discover what lies beyond these dimensions. It is important to not that the pulse may come first. The second energy is applied to the sphere, that energy moves from the back to the front of the object. This wave of energy that propagates through the sphere causes the back end to initially be moving faster than the front. This will cause the sphere to begin its spin motion. At the same time, this object is also pulsing as the energy begins to reverberate through the object. This could also lead to the wobble as well. So, in reality, all four dimensions of time can all occur at relatively the same instant.

Now, where can we find examples of this in our reality that would lend credence to the theory I have put forth. Well, we can look to the largest objects in the universe. Stars being the largest and the planets that revolve around those stars. We will start close to home. The earth is a 3 dimensional sphere. It is not a perfect sphere but it is a sphere none the less. Let us look at the motion of the earth. It is moving in a line, one direction, around the sun and accounts for our year. As it does so it also is spinning, which accounts for our days. The earth also does wobble, over a span of a few hundred years I believe…you might want to check the time but i assure you that it does wobble. The remaining question is; “Does the earth pulse?” It might, I do not know if anyone has ever looked into that. I am sure that it may be possible, especially when you consider the earth has a liquid outer core. We can look to many of the planets out there and find the same motions. Whether they are more common or not, I do not know. It may be natural for these motions of time to all be found emanating from one object, but gravitational forces from other celestial bodies may change these motions in certain ways. This question needs more consideration.

The sun spins, it is moving in a straight line as a part of the milky way. I do not know if it wobbles or pulses. My point is that many of the celestial bodies abide by these dimensional paths i have laid out. Our own galaxy is moving in a straight line. Does it rotate? It does and that is why it is classified as a spiral galaxy. Does it wobble and pulse? I wouldn’t even dare to say. For that we would need to study the motions of other galaxies like our own. Then we have to consider that on that scale, can we observe those motions that may take hundreds of thousands or even millions of years? Clearly there are questions to be asked.

I would like to point out that these motions only apply to matter. I have yet to consider energy, but these dimensions of time I have described thus far give us the understanding necessary to consider energy events. Perhaps the 8th dimension is an energy dimension that is based on the standing wave. The 9th dimension entails a second wave at a right angle to the first (light wave). Could this light wave rotate? Yes, I believe it can. Can it pulsate? Again, yes it can. This would have to entail a fluctuation in wave length. Can it also wobble as well? Funky, but if light is bent passing by an intense gravitational field then perhaps other forces could cause a wave to wobble as well. This of course would lead us to three more time dimensions. Perhaps the standing wave represents the first dimension of energy, with the second right angle wave being the second dimension of energy. Just as solid matter has dimensions with no motion then could a wave? No, because a wave is only a wave if in motion. I would even go so far as to wonder whether or not we need to consider energy evolving into matter? For a vision of this we can look at string theory and the concept of strings. Perhaps light can evolve into a sub particle, which leads to the proton, neutron, electron, which leads to elements, and so forth. In this case we would have to consider the first five dimensions as energy dimensions which then lead to the next three physical dimensions. I would break this up into groupings of energy dimensions/ energy time dimensions, physical dimensions, and finally physical time dimensions. This would lead us to the reality we know today.

This theory does not exclude the possibility of traveling moving back and forth through different states of the universe (Time Travel). It may be as simple as calculating where the earth was at some exact point in space and then tearing a hole between there and the point in space in which the earth is now. Perhaps if we travel faster than the earth around the sun in the opposite direction we would go back in time. It does not work that way, but logically it would make sense. The key factor here may be the dimensions of time. It is not just enough to orbit the sun in the opposite direction faster than the earth. We also have to take into account the revolution of the earth, wobble, etc. This would lead one to the conclusion that in order to “Time Travel” you would have to figure out a way to account for all the motions of time relative to the two points you wish to travel between. The same would hold true for moving ahead to future events. Yes, I said future. The past, present, and future are simply concepts that we use to grasp events that have taken place, events happening now, and events that could possibly occur in the future. We would then have to assume that either all events that ever will occur have occurred, or the traveler creates the future up to the exact point they visit. Somehow they would skip over all of the events in between and appear at a specified point in a future present. In this process you would have to calculate the position of the earth at some point in the future based upon current rates of earth events. This would be like forecasting and the further you go the less accurate the destination. If you calculated for 10 earth trips around the sun, that would be more accurate than say 10,000 earth trips around the sun. This would be true for both future travel possibilities. In reality the only thing that truly exists is the present. Every event taking place is constantly occurring in the present. I am writing this now, still now, now, now, still hasn’t changed. We live in the present which is a universe where things are in motion and interacting. We make sense of this with the concept of Time and a past, present, and future. I am not stating that this sort of travel is possible, only that it may be possible.

    Conclusion

I have brought you all as far as i have come with my considerations. However; i believe in this theory that I have presented to the readers. I believe in it 100%. I feel i have laid out a road map for the rest of the scientific community and even humanity to consider. We do not simply have 3 separate dimensions, and then one fourth dimension of time. In order to truly understand the universe we live in, we must come to the realization that time is composed of dimensions as well. The dimensions of motion. Once and hopefully when this theory is embraced, it may open up a new understanding of the reality we exist in. This theory is about “Events” and not about the tools, or methods we use to measure those events.

Have home prices become so low that consumers have lost their minds? My recent experiences have led me to believe that there may be a lot less logic out there in the real estate market than I once believed.

A new home buyer recently explained to me how he had moved at just the right time to escape the upcoming Michigan freeze and take advantage of our 70 degree winter months in Nevada. He also explained to me that he had taken advantage of a very big home price discount given by a lady who needed to move back to Chicago. He had enough money from his IRA to not need a mortgage, but he did take a small seller carry-back loan. What a deal I thought, it must be nice to have such great timing to be able to benefit from the depressed market and low housing prices.

The conversation with the new home buyer became much more interesting when he told me how he did it. Without hesitation he told me that he abandoned his home, after the printing company that he worked for closed its doors, then he packed up the moving van and pointed his car southwest. That was it, and there was not a tinge of regret or concern in his voice when he said it.

I was stunned by the simplicity of the act, but I couldn’t help but ask, why wasn’t he concerned about the consequences of leaving his home in Michigan for bank foreclosure? “Why worry” he explained, they won’t make the effort to chase me across the country. In his mind, it was just one more foreclose in a sea of foreclosures, and there was nothing to be concerned about.

While I’m not an “establishment” kind of guy, there seems to me to be a serious flaw in the belief that you can dump your current home and its mortgage because now is the right time to buy, or because you simply don’t have the patience to wait for the economy to change. While I’m not in touch with the long-term consequences of abandonment, foreclosure and deficiency judgments, it’s hard to believe that you can continue your life without consequences after making a decision of this type.

Take a suggestion from a person who has dealt with bill collectors in the past, you don’t want to live with someone chasing you on a daily basis for tens of thousands of dollars, especially if you have purchased a “new” home in another state and have wages that can be attached. It is likely that they will come after your assets. While a lot of people would like to move, for various reasons, most have bitten the proverbial bullet and are waiting for times to change.
