Yields 8 servings
3 cups plain, whole-milk Greek yogurt
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt
1 package unflavored gelatin
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 cup fresh berries
Follow the instructions on the package for dissolving the gelatin in water. Set aside.
In a food processor, combine the yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and salt. With the motor still running, drizzle the gelatin into the yogurt mixture. Pour into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve with fresh berries.
