Ingredients:

1 large bunch collard greens

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, finely grated

Pinch of red chili flake

¼ teaspoon sea salt

1 lime, juiced

Instructions:

Combine the collard greens with the oil, garlic, chili, and sea salt in a large bowl. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté briefly, until the greens are bright and slightly wilted. Squeeze the fresh lime juice over them just before serving.
