Where Are The Research Dollars For Bladder Cancer?
Why is bladder cancer not receiving the research dollars for this very common disease? Is it the fault of the Government, the Cancer Society, or the manufacturers of Urostomy Supplies?
* When was the last time you heard about a marathon to benefit bladder cancer research?
* When was the last time you heard about bladder cancer week?
* When was the last time you heard anything on TV, newspapers, etc. about bladder cancer?
* When was the last time you heard about a break through in bladder cancer research?
Get my point?
In my opinion public attention to bladder cancer is sadly lacking. I am surprised that the Cancer Society has given so little attention to the area of cancer. I have tried to find information on any research project underway regarding bladder cancer. I could not find any. Surly some research is going on in this area of cancer.
I do feel that one of the reasons bladder cancer does not get the publicity that other types of cancer is that more males seem to develop bladder cancer than females. Most males hit by this disease want to keep it private. It is a against our manhood to talk about this disease.
The link to the pdf where I took the following quote is located below.
Bladder Cancer Statistics, 2006
• New Cases: 61,460; 44,690 M, 16,730 W
• 4:1 Men to Women; 50% over age 73
- Men: #4 Women: #9
• Estimated Deaths: 13,060
- Men: 8,990, #9 Women: 4,070
• Incidence/Mortality: 20.8%
- Men: 20% Women: 24%
• Prevalence: More than 500,000 in US
Do men go around talking publicly about their erectile dysfunction? How many males are going to tell others that they now require a pump, of some type, to obtain an erection for sexual intimacy? Alternatively, that they have to take a pill to get it up. No they don’t. It is not manly to talk about these things publicly.
Are males their worst own enemies? Yes. We should be more vocal about our bladder cancer. This really is the only way that we are going to get the attention needed to obtain our share of the cancer research dollars.
Does there need to be more research into bladder cancer? YES.
There has been a great improvement in the surgical technique in doing Radical Cystectomy.
HOWEVER, do you realize that the technique to collect the urine from the stoma into a bag of some type is from in the early 1920s? Nothing has changed since then.
Yes, there has been improvements made in the glues and barriers by the different manufacturing companies over the years. This has made the wearing of Urostomy pouches easier and more comfortable.
Nevertheless, when a patient walks around for years with a bag glued to their abdomen, problems are going to develop. I can certainly attest to this. I have survived for eight years since my stoma was constructed.
During the past two years, I have noticed that I am having more and more problems with my skin under the Urostomy pouch. It is not natural to have the skin exposed to these chemicals for such a long period. The body starts to rebel. It almost appears that the researchers feel that the technique that is out there today will be sufficient since the patient is not going to live too long anyway. This might have been true twenty years ago but not today.
Gigantic improvements in Chemotherapy and in earlier diagnosis have lead to a longer prognosis. This now means that there is a greater chance that patients are going to survive longer.
The powers to be need to do some research into different methods, other than using a glue, to collect urine from the stoma for long-term patients. What these methods might be, I do not have a clue. I am not a Scientist.

Teleseminars empower you to extend your reach on the internet faster, better and with less effort.
And the really good news is you can do this with equipment you already have. All you need is a phone, a mouth and a message.
4 Strategies for Using TeleSeminars
The Stand Alone TeleSeminar – Pick a topic in your niche and share your tips and tools with your audience. This is so much more powerful than working one on one with a prospect. With this strategy you can reach many, sometimes hundreds of prospects in the same sixty minutes you would have spent with one person.
TeleCourses – Repurpose your expertise into several modules and present a telecourse. How can you naturally divide your niche into topic areas? These become the modules you present in the telecourse.
Affiliate Training – I’m fairly certain I invented this use for teleseminars. Most people just let their affiliates sign up and hope for the best. Why not train them with a monthly training call just for affiliates? You motivate and encourage them to take action, they make more money and so do you.
Expert Interviews – Interview experts in your field and invite an audience. You do not even have to be an expert on the topic of the expert. You do the interviewing, they do the heavy lifting. You can easily become the Larry King or Oprah Winfrey of your niche.
These are just four strategies. I challenge you to incorporate them into your marketing efforts and see your reach and profits increase with teleseminars.
Bonus Tip – I want you to experiment with combining these four strategies. Ex: interview an expert on an affiliate training call.
And are you ready to learn more about how I do it?

Is the Old Roman Saying, “In Wine There is Health” Really True?
How can the French consume the same amount of saturated fat in their diets as American’s do, smoke more cigarettes then we do and still have one-third less the amount of fatal heart attacks? If you read the results of the French Paradox Study, you may be surprised.
The answer is resveratrol. A powerful antioxidant that is found in the red wine that the French drink. Resveratrol is produced by many plants, but is especially abundant in grape skins. The high amount of resveratrol that is found in the grape skins protects the fruit from fungus and sun damage. Red wine which is fermented in grape skins is consumed on a regular basis by the French. With the high antioxidant content of the red wine, the French are protecting their hearts..
The study results were first aired on a “60 Minute Special.” The effects of moderate drinking of red wine was to be determined, but first the word moderate had to be defined. Some participants of the study thought the definition of moderate drinking meant one bottle, other’s thought two or three. Once the term moderate was determined to be one or two glasses, the study could begin.
The French National Institute of Health Research developed the program which was named the French Paradox Study, under the supervision of Dr.Serg Renaud. Results of this study concluded that 20-30 grams of alcohol a day reduced heart disease by 40%. Other studies soon followed with the same impressive results.
In Coppenhagen a study was performed with 13,000 participants. These Danish citizens consumed moderate amounts of alcohol under one of the largest studies of it’s kind and found the same beneficial results as the French Paradox.
Drinking red wine gave significantly better results than consuming other alcoholic beverages. Beer and hard liquor carry little to none, of this highly potent antioxidant. The studies findings concluded that drinking red wine did protect the heart, although a finding by Dr. Arthur Klatsky in California noted that binge drinking even on occasion, diminishes some of the benefits.
There are other great sources of resveratrol that can be consumed if one does not like drinking red wine. Resveratrol can be found in grapes, blueberries, peanuts, peanut sprouts and Japaneses knotweed shoots eaten before they get tough and woody (between the months of April -May).
For thousands of years it has been thought that red wine was a healthful drink for the heart. With the conclusion of the French Paradox Study it is now proven that the old Roman saying, ” In Vino Sanitas,” ( In wine there is health) is scientifically correct.

Asbestos Lung Mesothelioma
Asbestos lung mesothelioma is a rare cancer that can develop in special lubricating cells that form a supporting sac around the lungs. It can take between 10 and 60 years to develop, but usually averages 30 to 50 years before victims notice enough symptoms to see a physician.
Despite its name, it is not actually lung cancer as the lung tissue is not the primary site of malignancy. Instead, it is the supporting tissue around the lungs that becomes cancerous. This tissue around the lungs accounts for around 75% of the diagnosed cases, but similar tissue around other organs can also be primary sites of cancer initiation.
Currently there are between two and three thousand new cases diagnosed in the United States each year (U. S. National Cancer Institute, 2002).
This condition accounts for approximately 75% of the cancer caused by asbestos exposure.
Asbestos is a mineral deposit having the quality of heat insulation. It was used extensively throughout the world over the last century in the military, building construction, and consumer products until it was banned for carcinogenic effects. People can be exposed in the community, at work, in schools, at home, or even from the clothing of others who have been exposed. It is likely that most people have been exposed at some time in their lives.
This mineral’s composition creates a quality that is very friable. It breaks into chunks and then disintegrates easily. This allows microscopic particles to rise into the air where they will float undetected for long periods of time.
People can inhale these mineral particles without knowing it. The microscopic particles travel through the lungs, through the alveolar air sacs, and end up in the supporting lung tissue. They are impossible to remove, so the mineral particles stay there for life. They can slowly cause malignant cancer.
This condition is currently considered incurable. Usually there are very few symptoms until the later stages when the cancer has metastasized. After diagnosis, survival time averages between one and two years.
Early detection offers great advantages. It is always recommended that people who suspect they might have had some environmental exposure find a physician with specialized training to monitor their condition as soon as possible.
Treatment may include chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgery.
After decades of experience, medical research is now focusing on slowing or preventing the progression of this cancer. By learning all the biochemical pathways involved in the initiation, progression, and proliferation of cancer, scientists hope that they can find ways to change how cancer develops.
Since asbestos lung mesothelioma can take decades to develop into the fatal malignant state, there is hope that finding more early interventions will allow people to live normal lives. Researchers are exploring new therapies including natural substances that have shown positive laboratory findings in cancer prevention.

Your Milk on Drugs
Milk is considered a traditional symbol of purity and nutrition, especially for children. But some milk has undergone a radical change. It’s not the same wholesome milk that our grandparents used to drink.
Many experts believe that this altered milk is leading to cancer and other serious problems. Countless books, reports, articles and other journals had been published about this concern.
The altered dairy products have been introduced in 1994 when farmers started injecting their cows with rBGH.
Actually to start from the beginning, the FDA concluded in 1985 that beef and dairy products from rBST-supplemented cows were safe for human consumption. In November, 1993, FDA approved the rBST product by Monsanto, Posilac, to be used for milk production in dairy cows. And finally, rBST was included in dairy products in February, 1994.
rBST is also known as rBGH (recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone), which is a same thing.
What is rBST?
Bovine somatotropin (BST) is a protein hormone naturally produced in the pituitary glands of cattle. Monsanto was able to develop a recombinant version, rBST, by using a genetically engineered E. coli bacteria. Packaged and sold under the brand name “Posilac,” farmers inject it into their cows to force cows to produce more milk – 5% to 15% more.
What is the problem with this drug?
Jeffrey M. Smith, an international best selling author and expert on health risks of genetically engineered foods, has reported that studies showed this drug decreases the nutritional content and increases the amount of antibiotics, the amount of hormones, and the amount of pus in milk.
He has also explained that rBGH stimulates another powerful hormone in cows called insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1). The milk from treated cows has much higher levels of IGF-1 and that’s a big problem.
Dr. Jenny Pompilio, MD, of Oregon Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR), has reported that elevated levels of IGF-1 can promote cancer in humans.
Jeffrey M. Smith has added to this that Harvard study showed men with high levels of IGF-1 are 4 times more likely to develop prostate cancer, pre-menopausal women are 7 times more likely to develop breast cancer, IGF-1 is implicated in lung and colon cancer, and a recent study implicated IGF-1 in higher rate in fraternal twins.
In fact in the United States the rate of fraternal twins is twice as high as in the UK, where rBGH is banned.
This drug is banned and prohibited in Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and in the 27 countries of the European Union. As a matter of fact the European Commission reported: “Avoidance of rBGH dairy products in favor of natural products would be the most practical and immediate dietary intervention to …(achieve) the goal of preventing cancer.“
How was it approved in the United States, albeit the health concerns?
The approval of rBGH in 1993 in the U.S. was probably one of the most controversial decisions the FDA ever made.
Dr. Richard Burroughs, DVM, a lead reviewer of rBGH for the FDA reported: “Well, the whole rBGH thing represents the fundamental flaws in the regulatory process – the outside influence, a lack or proper structure, proper personnel to do the job that we trust them to do.” He further added: “This was approved prematurely without adequate information.“
So, what does all this mean to us, the people?
William von Meyer, PhD, research scientist says: “Until we allow rBGH to go on I’m sure that we’re taking excessive risk with society.“

Investing Your IRA in Real Estate
There are certain rules regarding Roth IRA investing, but there are a variety of investment types that are allowed. Many people are unaware of investing IRA money in real estate, because typically a brokerage or a bank is handling their account.
Anyone will tell you that diversification is a must. But, then they will turn around and limit your investment choices. It is not uncommon for a person to believe that they are limited by tax laws or IRA regulations.
The truth is that it is usually the company that is handling your account that makes a lot of the limitations. There are some laws that apply to Roth IRA investing, but they are relatively simple. Let’s look first at the allowable investment types.
Instead of listing what is allowed when investing IRA money. Congress decided to list those investment types that are “not” allowed. They include antiques, artworks, rugs, metals, gems, stamps, coins, alcoholic beverages and certain other “tangible” personal property. That “tangible” personal property means personal items like fur coats, rare books, etc.
So for regular or Roth IRA investing, you can consider commercial or residential real estate, raw or undeveloped land, real estate notes, promissory notes, tax liens, foreign currencies, oil and gas, private stock offerings, judgments, gold bullion and other less traditional investment vehicles.
Limiting yourself by investing IRA money strictly in stocks, bonds and certificates of deposit could be a mistake. This is especially true today, since the market is so unstable.
Real estate has always been considered a good investment, but the market has been largely untapped by retirement account holders. Even many well-educated accountants are not aware that with a 401k, traditional or Roth IRA investing in real estate “is” allowed.
Now, this is a good time to mention that there are some “prohibited” transactions, under the law, that relate “self-dealing” or indirectly benefitting from your Roth IRA investing choices. Let’s look at them.
You cannot borrow money from the account or loan money to it. Your account cannot hold the deed to the house that you live in or one that you plan to reside in at a future date. You cannot even take a vacation in a property owned by the account.
The basic idea is that any investing IRA or any approved retirement account funds should benefit your future financial wealth, not provide benefit to you or you descendants today. So, your account cannot hold deed to the houses that your sons and daughters live in. Nor can you or they rent office space in a building held within the account.
There are other “disqualified persons” when it comes to traditional or Roth IRA investing. They include your parents, grandparents and great grandparents, as well as grand children and great grand children, and all of their spouses. They are not allowed to receive an indirect benefit from an investment vehicle.
If you don’t follow the rules for investing IRA funds, your account could lose its tax-free status. So, get as much education as you can, especially if you are considering self-managed Roth IRA investing. And, if you want to “dabble” in the real estate market, consult some experienced real estate investors, before you begin.
Mark Nenneman is an advocate of IRA investing in Real Estate as a means of taking control of portfolio management. He has invested his own IRA money in Real Estate and has seen fantastic returns on his investments. Home Business Tips – Do You Have a Problem With Commitment
Do you have a problem with commitment? No, I’m not talking about committing to marriage or something like that. I’m talking about committing to your home business. Think commitment is easy? It’s not. It’s not easy to get up every morning and go to work. There are going to be days when you just don’t feel like it. Even after five years of running my own, very successful business, I get those days too. So how do I do it? How do I commit myself to doing this day after day? I’m going to share three tips with you that have gotten me through five years of running my own online business.
The first thing I do, each night before I go to bed, is make a schedule for the next day. That’s right. I put it in writing. I leave nothing to chance. You know, it’s a funny thing. When you have something staring you in the face first thing in the morning when you wake up telling you “do this, do this and do that” and it’s a hard thing to ignore. I’ve tried. But then, the guilt sinks in. Yeah, I try to find excuses. I try to look for more “fun” things to do, but ultimately, that to-do list wins out…every time.
But the to-do list by itself isn’t going to do it. See, it’s easy to look at something and realize that you have to do it, but if it’s something that you know is going to take you a bit of time, there is still going to be that temptation to put it off. So the next thing you have to do is assign a time limit to the task. Estimate how long it’s going to take and assign that amount of time to the task. So let’s say you estimate that the task will take two hours. Allot that much time. If after two hours you’re still not done, put it aside and work on the next item on the list. This will keep you from ending up getting nothing done at all. Go back to the first item once you’ve finished the time allotments for each item.
Finally, at the end of the day, just before you’ve completed your tasks and are about to make your list for the next day, reward yourself for the day’s efforts. I’m serious. You’ve put in a long day of work and you have the right to reward yourself. Make the reward something that fits the accomplishment. If it was something simple, reward yourself with a snack or a trip to the candy store. If you just finished a major ebook, then go out and buy yourself something special. Works great with me.
If you follow the above plan, you will find that you’ll have no trouble committing to your business and you will enjoy the rewards afterwards. Five years later, it still works wonders for me.
To YOUR Success,

Charm Quilts – A Magical and Charming Pastime
Charm Quilts usually feature a single shape, such as a square, hexagon or diamond, with no two patches cut from the same fabric. Creating these enchanting quilts was originally popular from 1860 – 1900.
Charm Quilts are the type of quilt you only do once. It can be an enormous undertaking to accumulate the sheer number of fabric bits, each different, to complete this quilt.
The collecting is probably a large part of the appeal of a Charm Quilt, similar to that of “Charm Strings”. In the late 1800’s, the gift of a button was considered lucky and young girls collected and traded buttons. Strung upon a string, every one of the buttons was different, each a special memento.
Collecting is a pastime many enjoy, with the challenge being to acquire as many different examples of an item as possible.
Scraps of fabrics gathered and traded with friends and relatives, sewn into a quilt, would have been an appealing hobby for young women. It would also be a reminder of pleasant times and the loved ones.
These quilts were at times called Beggar Quilts, referring to the method of attaining the fabrics. The name Charm Quilt is more common, and may have originated with the belief that pieces that came from so many hands possessed good fortune. The finished quilt acquired a magical quality – to be charmed or to bring good luck.
Renewed interest in this type of quilt began with the creation of Millennium Quilts in recent times – a version of a Charm Quilt with 2000 different fabric squares.
Just think how much fun it would be to collect, trade and touch so many different prints. To get started on your Charm Quilt go through your own stash. If you are a real fabric-holic you may be able to make a Charm Quilt from your own stash.
After you look at your own scraps for a while, go and look at another quilter’s scraps. You will notice that some of hers would go well with yours. You suggest a swap. As a fabric lover never forgets where a fabric came from, a bit of history begins to creep into your project.
Charming and charmed, a quilt with no two pieces alike is fun to organize, and fairly simple to make. This is a great chance to use all kinds of pieces – have a go. Start collecting today to begin on your memories for tomorrow.

Switch Your Dog to Raw! – Help Prevent Cancer and Other Diseases
Cancer is much more prevalent in dogs these days than it ever used to be. Anyone can look at the numbers over time and see that as man started to feed dogs kibble as opposed to their natural food, cancer in dogs immediately increased as a statistic. When you think about it your grandparent’s dog probably died of old age, unfortunately these days more and more dogs seem to be dying of cancer.
There are three major factors in the cause of cancer in dogs, genetics, environment and Nutrition/Diet. Let’s take a look at each in turn.
Genetics, you can’t do anything about this. Whatever genes your dog has are the genes it has and you have to deal with what you have in front of you.
Environment – if you live with a smoker or live in the city and breathe bad air, pollution can affect whether or not you get Cancer. While we all try to do our part for the environment, to a certain degree we are all exposed to the same environmental pollutants.
Nutrition/Diet – this is the only variable we can control. The more we look into nutrition the more it makes sense that to extend the life of your dog and avoid cancer, the best solution is to improve its nutrition. Feed it what its body is specifically designed to eat and digest.
If you look around the world you will notice that most people don’t use kibble, in fact only in North America is it a billion dollar industry.
It is so important for people to understand how strong the causal relationship is between feeding their dog processed grain-based food such as kibble that contain a lot of corn, wheat and rice, and the dog developing cancer later in life.
When you look at what has been happening to dogs in North America this year, many of them getting sick and dying from eating certain pet foods, and the increased scrutiny this brings over what we are feeding our dogs, we can see that a great deal of concern has been raised among pet owners… and for good reason! If you spend any time doing research on what is actually in commercial pet food and compare it to what all canine species on the planet eat in the wild, switching to Raw Food only makes perfect sense and the results speak for themselves, talk to anyone who has switched!
Mother Nature’s naturally designed diet for dogs is raw meaty bones and pureed vegetable matter. This is what their ancestors, wolves, eat in the wild and no-where does this include grain. No canine species on the planet is biologically designed to digest processed grain.
Over time dogs end up with numerous health problems because of eating grain-based food including food allergies, skin sores, hot spots, flaking and itchiness of the skin, chronic ear and eye infections, skin sores and liver spots while over time your dog can end up with cancers, organ failure and all kinds of long-term health issues. This is because a dog’s stomach does not have the ability to digest the plant cell wall, which has a very hard shell that makes it very difficult to digest. This actually makes the organs work doubly hard to process the food without getting any of the nutritional value from it at all! For example, if you feed your dog a piece of carrot whole, when the dog poop’s you’ll find the carrot looks almost identical to when it went in, very little of it will have been digested. But if the plant cell wall is broken open (i.e. pureeing in food processor) a dog’s stomach is able to digest it easily and his body can then benefit from all of the nutrients contained within.
Feeding any dog a diet that is not naturally, biologically sound for its body is eventually going to put a lot of stress on the dog’s organs. The dog’s organs are going to have work twice as hard, the cells will die and die faster and in the end will cause the dog to be more susceptible to these cancer-causing tumors.
One of the ways cancer cells form is through the natural birth and death of a cell. A cell is only meant to duplicate a certain amount of times over a lifespan and if that process is sped up because the cell is not allowed to conduct itself the way it is biologically supposed to as a result of bad diet, it will die sooner because errors slip into the duplication process, which can then turn into cancer over time.
Just like people have taken control of their own nutrition, (everybody knows that you don’t eat out at a fast food restaurant every day of the week if you want to stay healthy), we need to learn the same thing about our dogs nutrition and really understand what our dogs need for longevity.
People tend to want to feed their dog what they eat, and although this can be the case (many fruits and vegetables), if you don’t know what you are doing you can make mistakes and do more harm than good. Do the research and find out your facts, once you know the facts it’s easy to proceed. Nutrition becomes very simple.
One of the best things you can do for your dog when switching them to Mother Nature’s diet is conduct a health assessment to determine the health of your dog and develop the most effective diet plan to meet his needs. It is crucial to understanding the nutrition aspect of feeding your dog and knowing what to feed him.
My philosophy is to start feeding your dog Mother Nature’s Raw Food Diet when they are young and healthy and you’ll be much less likely to have any severe health issues with your dog over time. Puppies as early as three weeks old can be introduced to raw meaty bones.
I was introduced to this diet by people whose dog was 12- 13 years old when it was diagnosed with cancer. It was at that point that they learned about the raw food diet and they still had much success with their dog living up to 2-3 years longer than had originally been expected.
So, as we can see, it is never to late for good nutrition but if you’re switching an older dog or a sick dog I highly recommend you see a homeopathic vet first because there are a lot of specific homeopathic remedies available that could be highly beneficial to your dogs health and complement the diet at the same time.
At first when you begin your dog on Mother Nature’s Diet, if you are using a lot of supplements, it can be a little more expensive, but over all, feeding your dog raw food should be a lot cheaper than feeding your dog from a bag and ultimately the most healthy!
The one thing people do need to realize is that if you are switching your dog from a kibble to a kibble then you do so slowly over time. When you are ready to switch to raw food on the other hand, it’s one-day kibble the next day raw, unless specifically instructed otherwise by your homeopathic vet. As it was described to me by Dr. Ian Billinghurst author of “Give Your Dog a Bone”, why put a little bit of poison in with your dog’s good food.
Most people tell me after converting their dog how guilty they feel about all the bad food they used to feed their dogs. It is not too late to change your ways for the health and well being of your dog!

Starting a Home Based Business Online? Things to Consider
When making the transition from full-time job to starting your own home based business online you will however be required to take action. Before you make the leap, you will want to establish a plan of action. It is like having a map before setting out on an adventure, but it will make a big difference if you have one when setting out and you can alter it as you go along.
You need to consider a few things before starting your own home based business online. Do you have enough space for a home office (even a small desk with drawers or shelves)? Are you a self starter, dedicated, and committed to making your business work no matter what? What benefits you will gain from starting your own business? Will you be free from distractions at home? If not, how will you handle them? Do you have a budget? What are your goals?
Lack of planning is one of the main reasons why home based business owners fail so answering questions like these are vital to your success.
Other things to consider when starting your own business is to understand that as with any business, it will take hard work and dedication at the beginning, at least until you establish a plan and get everything set up.
Bear in mind that starting a home based business online requires you to work from home where specific policies and procedures or a help desk are not readily available so you will need to do lots of research to ensure that you keep up to date on the latest information, and you will be required to do your own research.
You must be prepared to go through trial and error when learning a new business. But remember you may learn more by fixing your own mistakes than asking someone else for a quick solution. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t seek advice where needed. It would be foolish to not benefit from the knowledge of others – just remember you are ultimately responsible for your own success or failure.
It is well known that the Internet is full of get rich quick scams. No matter how smart you may be, it is highly likely that you will fall prey to one of these scams. For help, get involved with an online community and attend seminars. Ask for referrals to the right information and read product reviews before you purchase them.
So many people who have tried do not know there is a process for learning how to build a successful business from home. The main thing to remember is that just because you are working from home, you still need to have the same commitment. Remember, you are not getting a regular salary so your financial security depends on how much you can deliver.
It really will be worth your while to take the time to learn from people who are actually making money at home and model their techniques. There is an abundance of information on the internet to help people learn how to build a home based business online.
Cynthia Minnaar invites you to visit her online home based business, which she runs full-time from home, where she will share a variety of ways of starting a home based business online. Discover how to start an online business the easy way.
